Nusikalstamų veikų ekonomikai ir verslo tvarkai atskyrimas nuo panašių nusikaltimų ir kitų teisės pažeidimų

LT2001 m . priimtas naujasis Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamasis kodeksas, pradėjęs galioti nuo 2003 m. gegužės 1 d. Naujojo Baudžiamojo kodekso specialioji dalis labai skiriasi nuo senojo Baudžiamojo kodekso tuo, kad corpi delicti grupuojamas detaliau, todėl tampa būtina analizuoti nusikalstamų veikų grupių panašumus ir skirtumus, taip pat administracinius ir civilinius teisės pažeidimus. Straipsnio tikslas – išnagrinėti aukščiau minėtus nusikalstamų veikų ekonomikai ir verslo tvarkai aspektus, analizuoti baudžiamąją atsakomybę už nusikalstamas veikas ekonomikai ir verslo tvarkai lyginant su kitomis atsakomybės formomis – administracine bei civiline.

ENThe new Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania is adopted in 2001 and shall come into force on May 1, 2003. The Special Part of the new Criminal code is highly reformed in comparison the one of the old Criminal Code in the way that the corpi delicti are grouped in more detailed way, which invokes the necessity to analyse the similarities and differences of the one group of criminal offences in comparison to the other similar groups, as well as to the administrative law violations and civil law violations. The scope of the article is to analyse in the abovementioned aspect the criminal offences against economic and business order: it is dedicated to analyse the criminal liability for criminal offences against economic order in comparison with the other types of liability - administrative and civil.
