LTStraipsnyje apžvelgiamos Darbo biržos teikiamos konsultavimo ir tarpininkavimo paslaugos įdarbinant darbo netekusius asmenis: bedarbius (motyvuotus), galinčius konkuruoti darbo rinkoje, ir bedarbius (nemotyvuotus), negalinčius konkuruoti darbo rinkoje. Pateikiami konsultavimo ir tarpininkavimo standartai, išsamiai aprašoma, kokie žingsniai turi būti daromi dirbant su darbo ieškančiais asmenimis. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas įsidarbinimo plano paruošimui. Darbo biržos darbuotojas kartu su klientu sudaro įsidarbinimo planą (tam tikrą veiklos strategiją), kuris yra laikomas pagrindiniu susitarimu tarp bedarbio ir Darbo biržos. Plane yra numatomi ilgalaikiai ir trumpalaikiai uždaviniai, nurodomas galutinis tikslas - darbo suradimas arba kliento galimybių darbo rinkoje padidinimas. ENThe article reviews the consulting and mediation services, provided by the Labour Exchange for the purpose of providing jobs to unemployed persons, both motivated, able to compete on the labour market and unmotivated and unable to compete on the labour market. The article describes the consultation and mediation standards, as well as the steps to be taken when working with persons, searching for a job. Significant attention is dedicated to the preparation of the employment plan. The employee of the Labour Exchange, together with the client, develops the employment plan (a certain activity strategy), which shall be held the main agreement between the unemployed person and the Labour Exchange. The plan foresees the long-term and short-term tasks and the ultimate goal – finding a job or increasing of the client’s possibilities on the labour market. The article describes the main requirements and goals of the employment plan and provides a detailed description of the four main stages of development of the plan and drafts of the employment plan, applied when working with motivated and unmotivated clients.
