Summary / Abstract:

LTNuolat kintanti aplinka turi įtakos organizacijos darbo santykių kaitai, kuriais siekiama suderinti darbuotojų ir darbdavio interesus, kad būtų įvykdyti iškelti tikslai. Mokslininkai įžvelgia darbo santykių transformacijos galimybę per kolektyvinių darbo santykių raišką organizacijoje. Straipsnyje analizuojama kolektyvinių santykių plėtra sudarant kolektyvines sutartis įmonėse, siekiant išsiaiškinti kolektyvinės sutarties naudų refleksiją sutarties šalims. Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti kolektyvinių santykių plėtros įtaką regiono konkurencingumo amplifikacijai. Kolektyvinės sutarties naudos refleksija reiškiasi tuo, kad darbdaviui ir darbuotojams leidžia nusistatyti papildomų sąlygų darbo santykiuose, kurių Lietuvos Respublikos darbo įstatymai nereguliuoja, taip panaikinant priešiškumą ir įtampą darbo kolektyvuose bei iki galo realizuojant abiejų šalių poreikius. Kolektyvinių darbo santykių įteisinimas verslo įmonėse ir kitose organizacijose garantuoja jų veiklos rezultatyvumą bei konkurencingumą taip sukuriant ekonomiškai stipraus regiono įvaizdį. Todėl galima daryti išvadą kad kolektyvinių santykių valdymo plėtra puikiai pasitarnauja kaip regiono konkurencingumo amplifikacijos instrumentas. ENIn this article the possibility of transforming employee relations to collective relations based on collective agreements is analyzed. It is sought to answer such problematic questions as: Are employee relations in Lithuania regulated only by Labour Code? What is the benefit of collective bargaining for employer and employees? What kind of key issues between employees and employers are regulated by collective agreement? The subject of the research is management of relations based on collective agreement. The aim of the research is to identify the contribution of development of collective bargaining to improvement of competitive ability of region.[...] Lithuanian companies could use the Irish experience of developing collective relations. Collective bargaining has traditionally been the major activity area for human resource management practitioners in Ireland, and especially so in larger organizations. Irish system of collective bargaining is grounded in voluntary principles, relying on the moral commitment of the participants to adhere to agreements achieved through the bargaining process. Akey characteristic of collective bargaining in Ireland over recent decades is a tendency towards high levels of centralization in bargaining. Centralized bargaining essentially describes institutionalized negotiations between representatives of trade union confederations and employer associations over wages and other issues. A series of centralized agreements inspired some National wage agreements, two National understandings and the Programme for Social Progress. The use of collective agreements manifests in three aspects: for employers, for employees, and for the entire region, because good collective relations facilitate seeking of the company's main aims and increase productivity. As a result, the company gets competitive advantage, so we make a conclusion that collective relations management became an instrument for boosting competitiveness of the region.
