ENWhy is business risk management of such importance to business subjects streaming to act and survive in the dynamic market? Why do scholars commit so much attention to the analysis of business risk management problems nowadays? Analysis of the main concepts of business risk management in the article revealed that various authors treat the business risk management differently. The concept, therefore, should be specified more clearly, considering features of the risk management process. Logical analysis of scholarly literature evidenced that the structure of business risk management model is not formed completely yet. In the article the concept of business risk management is qualified and the main aspects of the business risk management process are settled, considering opinion of various authors and the features of business risk management. The analysis of the business risk management structure enabled to determine the main principles of the formation of risk management structure. With reference to the settled principles and the analysis of the risk management stages, the original organizational structure of business risk management is presented in the article.
