Moterų antreprenerystė ir projektinė veikla Europoje : verslo tendencijos ir iššūkiai.

LTLaisvosios rinkos sistema teoriškai suteikia visiems Europos, tame tarpe ir Lietuvos, piliečiams galimybę siekti ekonominio savarankiškumo. Bet praktika rodo, kad taip nėra, o viena pagrindinių priežasčių yra lytis. Smulkus verslas pasireiškia kaip instrumentas moterims, siekiančioms ekonominio savarankiškumo. Tyrimo duomenimis, moterų verslas dažniausiai yra smulkus, o verslininkės yra linkusios įdarbinti kitas moteris savo versle. Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas augantis Europos moterų įsijungimas į darbo rinką, o ypač įsiliejant į antreprenerių gretas. Nežiūrint to, kad lygių teisų dilema išlieka gan opi, moterys-antreprenerės Europoje imasi ryžingų žingsnių, siekdamos įveikti jų verslo sunkumus - išorinius bei vidinius barjerus. Remiantis straipsnyje pateiktais duomenimis ir faktais, vidutinė Europos moteris-antreprenerė turi aukštąjį išsilavinimą, šeimą (partnerį), vaikų, turi mikro įmonę, verslą sukūrė pati. Vertinant iššūkius vidutinei Europos moteriai-antreprenerei galima teigti, kad finansiniai iššūkiai įvardijami kaip didžiausias barjeras Europos moterų verslo veiklos vystyme; sprendimų priėmimo laisvės ir kontrolės poreikis skatina Europos moteris imtis verslo; darbo ir šeimos derinimas, įskaitant motinystę, šeimos priežiūrą, kvalifikacijos kėlimą ir t.t., kelia taip pat didelį susirūpinimą. Remiantis kabinetinio tyrimo metu išanalizuotais penkių internetinių svetainių antriniais duomenimis, Lietuvos moterų vykdomų projektų statistinis įvertinimo vidurkis būtų toks: tai regioninis, tipinis, mokymo-švietimo, organizacinis vidutinės trukmės megaprojektas, kurio koordinatorius-vykdytojas yra viena iš Lietuvos moterų organizacijų.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Darbo rinka; Antreprenerystė; Verslas; Labour market; Entrepreneur; Business.

ENTheoretically the system of free market provides all the European citizens, including the citizens of Lithuania a possibility to reach for economic independence. However the practice shows that it is not the case and one of the most important reasons for that is the sex. Small business manifests as an instrument for women, reaching for economic independence. According to the data of the study, women’s business is most frequently small and business women tend to employ other women. The article studies the increasing involvement of European women into the labour market, especially the integration into the ranks of entrepreneurs. Despite the fact that the dilemma of sexual equality remains quite relevant, women entrepreneurs take steps in order to overcome the business related difficulties, i. e. the external and internal barriers. Referring to the data, provided in the article and the facts, an average European woman entrepreneur has higher education, a family (a partner), children, a micro-company and a business, which she created herself. When evaluating the challenges, faced by an average European woman entrepreneur, one can state that the financial challenges are the largest barrier for the development of business activities by European women; the need for freedom to make decisions encourages European women to engage in business; matching of the work and the family, including the motherhood, supervision of family, development of qualification, etc., also raises great concern. Referring to the analyzed secondary data of five webpages, the statistic average of evaluation of the projects, executed by Lithuanian women, would be the following: it is a regional, typical, educational and organizational megaproject of an average duration, whose coordinator – executor is one of Lithuanian women’s organizations.
