Формирование политической элиты Литвы на рубеже 1980-1990-х годов: роль «политиков морали»

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama struktūrinė Lietuvos politinių elitų kaita posovietiniu laikotarpiu, nagrinėjant vadinamų „moralės politikų“ – intelektualų, meno ir kultūros atstovų – vaidmenį. Būtent jie komunistinės sistemos griūties momentu turėjo lemiamą įtaką sprendžiant dėl naujo politinio šalies kurso. Politinių elitų rolė aiškinama atsižvelgiant į politinio nestabilumo ir neapibrėžtumo sąlygas, būdingas transformacijos procesams. Svarbiausių kaitos agentų vaidmuo aiškinamas remiantis G. Almond’o ir P. Bourdieu idėjomis. Straipsnyje rekonstruojama politinių pokyčių eiga Lietuvos Respublikoje pradiniu atkurtos nepriklausomybės etapu, kuomet pagrindinis vaidmuo atiteko „moralės politikams“, vėliau didžiąja dalimi pasitraukusiems iš politikos. Šio tyrimo tikslas – pasitelkus Lietuvos atvejį, pademonstruoti šiandienos Baltijos valstybių politinio kurso sąsajas su istoriškai lemtingais rinkimais, įvykusiais XX a. 9 ir 10 dešimtmečių sandūroje. Šiuo metu Rusijos politikos moksluose stinga tyrimų, kuriuose elitų kaitos problema postkomunistinės transformacijos kontekste būtų analizuojama empiriškai, pasitelkus konkrečius atvejus. Šis darbas papildo mokslo žinias apie „naujų“ politinių elitų iškilimo mechanizmus pokomunistinėse visuomenėse transformacijos sąlygomis. Elitų formavimosi procesų identifikavimas, jų dėsningumų įvertinimas, įtakos centrų ir elitų sąveikos principų nustatymas, taip pat giluminis Lietuvos politinės sistemos pažinimas leistų Rusijai efektyviau vykdyti savo užsienio politiką Baltijos valstybių atžvilgiu bei laiku reaguoti į kylančius iššūkius.Reikšminiai žodžiai: "moralūs politikai; Politinis elitas; Sąjūdis; Transformacija; „Moralės politikai“; "moral politicians"; Lithuania; Moral politics; Political elite; Sajudis; Sąjūdis; Transformation.

ENThe article analyses the structural change of Lithuanian political elites in the post-Soviet period by examining the role of the so-called "moral politicians" - intellectuals, art and culture representatives. It was precisely them who at the time of the collapse of the communist system had a crucial influence on the new political course of the country. The role of the political elites is interpreted based on the conditions of political instability and uncertainty inherent to the transformation processes. The role of the most important agents of change is explained by the ideas of G. Almond and P. Bourdieu. The article reconstructs the course of political changes in the Republic of Lithuania at the initial stage of restored independence, when the main role was given to "moral politicians", who later for the most part withdrew from the politics. The aim of this study is to illustrate the links between the political course of today's Baltic States and the historically fateful elections which happened at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s in the context of Lithuania's case. Currently the Russian political science lacks researches which would analyse the issue of elite change in the context of post-communist transformation in empirical way, on a case-by-case basis. This work complements scientific knowledge about the survival mechanisms of "new" political elites in post-communist societies under transformational conditions. Identifying the processes of formation of elites, assessing their regularities, establishing the principles of interaction between impact centres and elites, as well as deep knowledge of the political system of Lithuania, all these things would allow Russia to carry out its foreign policy in regard to the Baltic States more effectively and respond to the challenges in time.
