Gyvenimo metaforos ieškant: literatūros mokslas, kritika, esė

LTKnygoje analizuojama lietuvių literatūros istorijos ir dabarties problematika bei poetika, daugiausia dėmesio skiriant Mažosios Lietuvos ir Žemaitijos meniniam žodžiui, aptariami bendrieji kultūros, švietimo ir mokslo klausimai, dažniausiai susiję su Klaipėdos universitetu, nušviečiama žymių rašytojų, mokslo ir kultūros kūrėjų asmenybės bei veikla.

ENThe book being presented to the reader was planned to be a collection of articles of literary criticism. However, time and circumstances changed the nature of the book, but not the essence. With a scientific approach to the analysis of literature, culture, and educational phenomena in mind, there is an attempt to look more freely and widely at the topics being examined - also evident in the title "Looking for a Metaphor of Life," perhaps a poetic summation of the text. The material included in this collection is diverse and openly collected; the cultural and artistic topics are quite different; however, they are inevitably linked together at the same time. Mostly attention is paid to Lithuanian literature with a special emphasis on the peculiarity of artistic language in the Klaipėda region, Lithuania Minor, and Žemaitija. Relevant issues on science and education, usually directly related to Klaipėda University, are analyzed; the famous people of Lithuanian culture, science, and art are discussed.
