LT2003 m. gegužės 1 d. įsigaliojo naujasis Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamasis kodeksas, kuriame, palyginti su senuoju Baudžiamuoju kodeksu, nusikalstamos veikos skirstomos į mažesnes grupes atsižvelgiant į veikos objektą. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama nusikaltimų ekonomikai ir verslo tvarkai objekto apimtis ir turinys bei su tuo susijusios problemos.

ENThe article deals with the problem of definition of social and legal welfares which are violated by committing criminal acts against economics and business order. The author reveals three aspects of the analyzed problem. The First aspect concerns the scope of laws regulating economics that shall be under protection of penal laws. The second aspect concerns the types of criminal acts that are to be considered as criminal acts against economics and business order. Analysis of the third aspect allows defining criteria differentiating criminal acts against economics and business order from other similar types of criminal acts.
