Profound analysis of factors influencing these enterprises is essential to offer managerial decisions for successful adaptation of high tech companies in present market. Innovation, their development and adaptation are especially important for contemporary organisation and the whole economy of a country. Environment changes become constant and must be accepted in order to take the place in the market. Changing situation and arising problems do not fit in the old frame, their solution demand to change managerial, organisational, manufacture and competition principles. Information technologies and other technical conditions make it possible to create a space of activities where lots of companies can act successfully, not any more as rivals, but as partners bound by value based connections.
