Summary / Abstract:

LTStraipsnyje apibūdinamos organizacijų inovacinės strategijos, kaip vienos iš prioritetinių objektų, charakteringų aktualiai vadybos mokslinių tyrimų problematikai, formavimo ir įgyvendinimo aktualijos ekonomikos transformacijų sąlygomis. Straipsnyje pateikiama autoriaus tyrimais nustatyta išradimų patentavimo situacija Lietuvoje, sukurtas organizacijų išradybinės veiklos vystymosi tendencijų modelis, atliktas patentų skaičiaus vystymosi tendencijų regresijos lygties determinacijos koeficiento reikšmingumo patikrinimas pagal Fišerio kriterijų, atskleista galimybė paskelbtų Lietuvoje išradimų patentų pagrindu nustatyti LR ir užsienio organizacijų interesų tendencijas ir sritis Lietuvos rinkoje. ENProcesses of transformation in economy are tied up with a problematic of innovations. The innovations can have concrete and abstract concepts. In concrete concept the innovation is a new product (goods, service). In abstract concept the innovation is process combining creativity, technology and marketing of new product. Changes in economy, severe conditions of a competition, problems of ecology forces the states and governments to form structures and means of the innovations, accelerating a cycle "science-manufacture-use", input of the new goods and ecologically pure technologies. Favorable basis-legislation, organizational and financial help of the state, interest of the private capital by innovations, infrostructure of use of scientific achievement is necessary for innovations. In 1996, the European Commision launched a big debate on innovation in Europe. The basis for discussion was the Green Paper on Innovation, adopted by the European Commission in December 1995. "Trend Chart on Innovation in Europe" intends to serve as an instrument for analysing innovation policies undertaken in the Europe Union. "Trend Chart on Innovation in Europe" focuses on four priority areas: "Knowledge Creation" (intellectual property rights); "Knowledge Transfer" (impact of research and technological development); "Innovative Markets" (support for new technology based firms); "Innovation Finance" (financing of innovation). During research it is found that for 1994-1999 years Lithuania has patented 573 inventions, the foreign states have patented 994 inventions. With the help of model the tendencies of development of number of patents according to the sections of the international patent classification (sections-A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) are found. The check of the importance of the coefficient of the determination of the tendency of development of number of patents according to Fisher's criterion is executed. The executed researches allow to assert that in 3 sections of the international patent classification the number of the patents of Lithuania has the decreasing tendencies (in others 5 sections Fisher's coefficients are void). The number patents of foreign slates in 5 sections of the international patent classification has the decreasing tendencies and in 3 sections has the increasing tendencies. During research the tendencies of distribution of interests of organization of Lithuania and foreign states are established. It is found, that in 2 subclasses (A61K and B65G), where number of the patents of Lithuania is greatest, the number of the patents of the foreign stales exceeds number of the patents of Lithuania. The algorithm of innovations' strategy formation of organizations in the following functions of management like planning, organization, leading, control are offered. [From the publication]
