Įmonių kooperavimo aplinkos vystymosi tendencijos

LTKooperavimas - tai reiškinys, kurio intensyvumą lemia poreikis bendradarbiauti įmonėms ir aplinkos sąlygos, darančios įtaką ekonominių ryšių tarp ūkio subjektų plėtrai. Kitaip tariant, įmonės lygiu sąlygotas kooperavimo poreikis parodo potencialias kooperavimo galimybes, tuo tarpu aplinkos palankumas įmonių kooperacinių ryšių vystymuisi lemia faktines kooperavimo prielaidas. Įvertinant aplinkos svarbą kooperavimo procesams, straipsnyje pateikiama įmonių kooperavimo aplinkos tyrimo metodologija, remiantis kuria apibendrinami atlikto įmonių kooperavimo aplinkos Lietuvoje tyrimo rezultatai: nagrinėjamas aplinkos palankumas įmonių kooperavimui ir jos vystymosi tendencijos bei galima įtaka kooperavimo intensyvumui ir kooperavimo formoms.

ENThe analysis of enterprises' environment development tendencies allows foreseeing the presumptions of enterprises' cooperation. This article presents the analysis methodology of enterprises' cooperation, the environment factors influencing the cooperation's intensity and the evaluation of enterprises' cooperation environment and the tendencies of development based on expert estimation method. The research results show today that cooperation environment can be characterized as not stimulating enterprises' cooperation potentially, but forcing to seek long-term constant relationships in order to stabilize activity. Otherwise, competition, uncertain economic policy, low economical level of development and uncertainty of economical situation forces enterprises to cooperate with foreign partners, whose Financial possibilities and innovate potential allows to stabilize the activity of enterprise. Foreign partners' cooperation is based on penetration to new markets or cheap labor force. The negative factors mentioned earlier reduce the real possibilities of cooperation. Summarizing experts' presented enterprises' cooperation environment factors development tendencies it is possible to forecast the environment will be more favor for enterprises' cooperation. The two main presumptions prove this idea. First of all, the global tendencies - the intensive development of global market and its influence to competition development- increase the enterprises' contacts and cooperation. Also Lithuania's specific features should be mentioned - cheap labor force and high qualification of workers, responding to global requirements.Secondly, regardless of negative factors - aspiration to integrate into global market induce to take purposive actions creating favor conditions for effective business development. The development of infrastructure, stimulating of export and investment, the laws of business regulation, cooperation as the stimulation of effective enterprises' activity is prospective actions of government's policy that favor influence cooperation.
