Turto arešto taktika

LTStraipsnyje keliama teismo antstolių mokymo ir tobulinimo problema. Analizuojama vieno iš pagrindinių sprendimo vykdymo veiksmų - turto arešto - taktika. Aptariamos turto arešto stadijos: pasirengimas; turto aprašymas ir įkainojimas; turto valdymo, disponavimo, naudojimosi teisių apribojimo paskelbimas, turto saugotojo (administratoriaus) paskyrimas, turto arešto dalyvių ir kitųsuinteresuotųsprendimų vykdymu dalyvių teisių ir pareigų paskelbimas, turto arešto įregistravimas turto arešto aktų registre bei kylančios turto arešto problemos.

ENThe article discusses the problem of training and improvement of court bailiffs. One of the key tactics of implementation of the court decision, i.e. seizure of property, is analysed. The following stages of the seizure of property are analysed: preparation; description and rating of property; announcement of restrictions imposed on property management, disposal and use; appointment of property administrator; announcement of rights and obligations of participants of the seizure of property and other concerned persons; registration of seizure of property in the register of acts of property seizure and problems related to seizure of property.
