LTRengiant sporto pedagogus iškyla problema, kaip perduoti kuo daugiau profesinių žinių ir įgūdžių. Vienas iš būdų tai pasiekti - savarankiškų pedagoginių užduočių taikymas per praktines pratybas. Tyrimo tikslas - išanalizuoti sporto pedagogų pedagoginių gebėjimų ugdymo savarankiško darbo užduotimis tobulinimo ypatumus. Tyrime dalyvavo 199 Sporto edukologijos fakulteto studentai ir 115 kūno kultūros mokytojų. [...] Tyrimas rodo, kad mokyklose dirbančių sporto pedagogų nuomone, pradedantiems mokytojo praktinę veiklą trūksta žinių, mokėjimų ir įgūdžių, kaip vesti pamokas, jie sutinka, kad parengimas vesti pamoką pagerėtų, jei studijuojant pratybų metu būtų taikomos savarankiškos pedagoginės užduotys. Nustatyta, kad savarankiškų pedagoginių užduočių (SPU) rengimas ir jų atlikimas per pratybas reikšmingai pagerina su pamokos organizavimu susijusių žinių lygmenį (p<0,05). Studentų nuomone, geriausiai žinias, mokėjimus ir įgūdžius jie įsisavina tada, kai atlikdami savo parengtą SPU per pratybas veda ir pramankštą, ir pamoką. Pedagoginės praktikos metu studentų vedamų kūno kultūros pamokų stebėjimai patvirtino savarankiškų pedagoginių užduočių, atliktų per tinklinio pratybas, veiksmingumą rengiant sporto pedagogus. Nustatyta, kad mokinių atliekamų tinklinio technikos veiksmų skaičius yra didesnis kūno kultūros pamokoje (p<0,05), vedamoje studentų, kurie per pratybas atliko SPU ir pagal jas vedė tinklinio pramankštas ir pamokas, nei tų, kurie SPU neatliko. ENIn the process of education of the sport educator problem arises - how provide them with as much as possible professional knowledge and skills. One of the ways is to apply the self-contained educational tasks (SET) during the practical training. The aim of our research was to analyze aspects of developing the self-contained educational tasks for improving of pedagogical skills. 199 students of the Sport Education faculty and 115 teachers of the physical education took part in this research. During the training experiment experimental student group E1 was composed from the 62 students of 1stcourse (physical education), the group E2 was composed from the 118 students of 1st course of the training system program and the control group K was composed from the 19 students of 1st course of the physical education and dance programme. Questionnaire poll of the students was carried out for 3 times during the educational experiment - in the beginning, in the middle and in the end of the research and also during the pedagogical practice that took place just after the experiment. The questionnaire poll of teachers of physical education was carried out in the beginning of research. The research displays that the sports pedagogues who work at school had the opinion that in the beginning of the practical work there is a lack of knowledge and skills how to give lessons and agreed that preparation of the lessons would be better if during their studies SET would have been used.It was established that designing of the self-contained pedagogical worksheets and implementing them practically improve knowledge level that is concerned with the planning of the lesson (p<0,05). Student's opinion was that they "soak up" the knowledge and skills when they pursue their own prepared self-contained pedagogical worksheets and during the practice give workouts and lessons. During the educational practice observation of physical education lessons guided by students showed that self prepared educational worksheets during the volleyball practices were very effective in improving the skills of educator in sports. It was found that action quantity of the volleyball technique that was fulfilled by the students is bigger in the lesson of physical education (p<0,05), that was filled by the students who during the practice did self-contained pedagogical worksheets and according to them pursue workouts and lessons nor SET.
