Peculiarities of developing creativity of the future pedagogues when learning according to a special program

LTBūsimųjų mokytojų kūrybiškumo ugdymo galimybių ištyrimas mokymo sistemoje itin reikšmingas, nes būtent nuo kūrybinių gebėjimų efektyvaus panaudojimo didele dalimi priklauso asmenybės potencialių kūrybinių galių atskleidimas ir tolesni profesiniai pasiekimai. Efektyvios kūrybiškumo ugdymo programos, kurias galima būtų naudoti pedagoginio profilio studentų kūrybiškumui ugdyti, sudarytų galimybę naudoti mokymo metodus, kurie leistų ne tik geriau įsisavinti mokymosi dalyką, bet ir ugdytų studentų kūrybiškumą. Todėl straipsnyje siekta išanalizuoti būsimųjų pedagogų kūrybiškumo ugdymo ypatumus mokantis pagal specialią programą. Ši programa buvo naudojama vieną kartą per savaitę keturis mėnesius (32 val.). Programa buvo sukurta plėtojant kognityvinius kūrybinio mąstymo gebėjimus (sklandumas, lankstumas ir originalumas). Subjektyviam tiriamųjų kūrybiškumo vertinimui nustatyti buvo naudojama Dembo-Rubinštein metodika. Tyrime dalyvavo 160 Vilniaus pedagoginio universiteto 22-25 metų amžiaus studentai. Tiriamieji buvo atsitiktinai suskirstyti į dvi grupes: eksperimentinę (n = 80) ir kontrolinę (n = 80). Nustatyta, kad speciali kūrybiškumo ugdymo programa, sudaryta šio darbo autorės, yra efektyvi. Mokantis pagal ją, padidėja visi studentų kognityvinio kūrybiškumo parametrai (mąstymo sklandumas, lankstumas ir originalumas). ENResearch of possibilities of the development of creativity of future teachers in the education system is very significant, because namely the efficient use of creative skills largely determines the revelation of the personality’s potential creative powers and further professional achievements. Efficient creativity development programmes that could be used to develop creativity of pedagogy students will create an opportunity to use teaching methods that allow not only better assimilating the subject, but also developing students’ creativity. Therefore, the paper aims to analyse the peculiarities of creativity development of future pedagogues studying according to the special programme. This programme was applied once a week for four months (32 hours). The programme was created by developing the cognitive skills of creative thinking (fluency, flexibility and originality). In order to identify the subjective evaluation of creativity of the respondents, the Dembo-Rubinstein methodology was applied. The research involved 160 students aged 22–25 from Vilnius Pedagogical University. They were randomly divided in two groups: experimental (n = 80) and control (n = 80). The research established that a special programme for the development of creativity, designed by the author of the study, is efficient. It helps to enhance all cognitive creativity parameters (thinking fluency, flexibility and originality). The indicators of subjective evaluation of own creativity also increased when studying according to the special creativity development programme.
