Šiaulių alaus darykla "Gubernija"

LTStraipsnyje aprašoma Šiaulių alaus daryklos „Gubernija“ XVII-XXI a. istorija. Jos ištakos glaudžiai susijusios su Šiaulių karališkosios ekonomijos, įkurtos XVI a. pabaigoje, istorija. Šiaulių miesto šiaurės vakaruose nuo seno driekėsi priemiestis, vadinamas Gubernija. Tai seniausias pramoninis miesto rajonas. Ši vieta Gubernija buvo pavadinta XVIII a. pabaigoje, kai Antanas Tyzenhauzas, reorganizuodamas ekonomijas, čia įkūrė palivarką, kuriame iš pradžių buvo ekonomijos gubernatoriaus (administratoriaus) sodyba. Straipsnyje aptariamas išlikęs XVII a. pabaigos Šiaulių dvaro bravoro inventorius. Iš archyvinių dokumentų žinoma, kad 1682 m. Šiaulių dvare esanti alaus darykla alumi aprūpindavo ne tik Lietuvą, bet ir dalį dabartinės Vakarų Baltarusijos, Minską. XVIII a. šios įmonės produkcija pasiekdavo Varšuvą, Peterburgą. Pirmoji „Gubernijos“ alaus daryklos rekonstrukcija, prasidėjusi 1799 m., truko daugiau kaip dešimt metų. Jos metu buvo keičiami pamatai ir išplėsta pati įmonė. Antroji „Gubernijos“ alaus daryklos rekonstrukcija vyko XIX a. paskutinį dešimtmetį ir XX a. pradžioje. Jos metu buvo išplėstos alaus virimo patalpos, pertvarkytos ir praplėstos fermentacijos patalpos, prie pastato šiaurinės pusės pristatytas aludario butas. Antrojo pasaulinio karo metais „Gubernijos“ alaus darykla buvo sugriauta ir sudeginta. ENThe article describes the history of Šiauliai brewery Gubernija between the 17th and 21st centuries. Its origins are closely associated with the history of Šiauliai Royal Economy founded at the end of the 16th century. A suburban area known as Gubernija was part of Šiauliai City on its North-western side for some time. This was the oldest industrial area of the city. The location was named Gubernija at the end of the 18th century when Antoni Tyzenhaus founded a folwark here during the process of restructuring economies. Initially it acted as a country house of the governor (administrator) of the economy. The article discusses the surviving inventory of the brewery at Šiauliai Estate from the 17th century. Archival documents show that back in 1682 brewery of Šiauliai Estate would supply beer not just in Lithuania but also in part of what is now Eastern Belarus, Minsk. In the 18th century production of this enterprise would reach Warsaw, Saint Petersburg. The first reconstruction of Gubernija Brewery which started in 1799 lasted for more than a decade. Reconstruction resulted in the replacement of the foundation and extension to the enterprise itself. The second reconstruction started in the last decade of the 19th and early 20th century. The reconstruction extended beer wort boiling facilities, reconstructed and extended fermentation facilities and added an apartment for the brewer on the Northern side. During the Second War World Gubernija Brewery was destroyed and burnt down. After the war the brewery was rebuilt and started operating again in August of 1944. There is a careful effort to restore the old brewery Gubernija: the maltkiln, warehouses, main brewery building, pantry, basements built back in the 17–18th centuries.
