Eschatologia wiary, nadziei i miłości (na podstawie współczesnego repertuaru polskich pieśni pogrzebowych na Wileńszczyźnie)
LTPristatomos ir nagrinėjamos Vilnijoje giedamos lenkiškos laidotuvių giesmės, tarp jų tos, kurių tekstus straipsnio autorė gavo iš 2 vyresnio amžiaus vietinių moterų. Viena (g. 1938 m.) gyveno Vilniuje, kita (g. 1945 m.) – Vilniaus rajone. Giesmių tekstai surašyti ranka, ši medžiaga yra įdomi tiek filologui, tiek kultūros antropologui, kadangi atspindi kaip matomi ir traktuojami su žmogaus mirtimi susiję dalykai labai permainingu „istoriniu laiku“. Per šimtmečius laidotuvių giesmė atliko religines, visuomenines, auklėjamasias, estetines funkcijas. Taip pat ir humanitarines, – rodant stiprų bendruomeninį ryšį mirties akivaizdoje. Antropologinės interpretacijos požiūriu laidotuvių giesmė buvo traktuojama kaip liaudies malda. Nesvetima giesmėms buvo ir maginė funkcija, susijusi su pomirtiniu gyvenimu. Paprastai giedodavo vyresni žmonės, Pavilnio kaimų gyventojai pažymi tų giesmių tradicijų palaikymo funkciją. Giesmių pagrindą sudaro XIX a. pab.–XX a. pradžioje išleistų giesmynų ir kantičkų tekstai, kurie perrašant juos ir parafrazuojant dalinai buvo keičiami. Dėl to yra atvejų, kai senos religinės giesmės net ir iš baroko epochos virsdavo liaudies parafrazėmis, folklorizuotais jų variantais. Sutinkama ir naujesniais laikais liaudyje sukurtų anoniminių giesmių, kuriose randama vietinio kolorito, pavyzdžiui, minint Aušros vartų Dievo motiną. ENThe work presents and analyses the Polish funeral hymns sang in Vilnius Region, including the ones the texts of which the author received from two elderly local women. One (born in 1938) lived in Vilnius, another (born in 1945) - in the district of Vilnius. The texts of the hymns are handwritten. This material is interesting for both philologist and cultural anthropologist, because it reflects how things related to death are seen and treated in a very unstable "historical time". Throughout centuries, the funeral hymn performed religious, social, educational and aesthetic functions. It also performed humanitarian functions by showing a strong connection among the members of a community in the face of death. In terms of anthropological interpretation, a funeral hymn was treated as folk prayer. The hymns also performed a magical function associated with the afterlife. Usually, older people would sing these hymns; residents of villages in Pavilnys note that these hymns also perform a function of keeping traditions alive. The basis of hymns consists of the texts from hymnbooks published in the end of the 19th century-the beginning of the 20th century that were partially changed when rewriting and paraphrasing. As a result, there are cases where ancient religious hymns, even from the Baroque epoch, became popular paraphrases, their folklorized versions. Anonymous hymns, created by the people in recent times that have a specific subject that might be familiar to local people, for example the Mother of God of the Gate of Dawn, are sometimes encountered, too. It is concluded, however, that the funeral services and hymns remained mostly unchanged in the local culture of Vilnius Region due to peoples' attachment to religious practices and rituals.
