Avalynės pėdsakų panaudojimas atskleidžiant nusikaltimus: būklė ir perspektyvos

LTStraipsnyje nušviečiama, kaip istorijos šaltiniuose paminėti kojų pėdsakai padėdavo atskleisti nusikaltimus, analizuojama dabartinė kojų pėdsakų panaudojimo atskleidžiant nusikaltimus būklė. Autoriai, remdamiesi savo ir kitų mokslininkų atliktais tyrimais, pateikia šių pėdsakų tyrimo perspektyvas. Daugiausia dėmesio skiriama naujausioms pėdsakų fiksavimo technologijoms ir avalynės pėdsakų kompiuterinėms informacinėms sistemoms. Nors kompiuterių panaudojimas tiriant nusikaltimus nėra naujovė, tačiau avalynės pėdsakų kompiuterinės programos yra gana naujos ne tik Lietuvoje, bet ir Europoje. Straipsnyje ne tik supažindinama su šių sistemų galimybėmis bei plėtros perspektyvomis, bet ir siūlomi jų diegimo į Lietuvos teisėsaugos praktiką principai.

ENThe article analyses how the footprints mentioned in the historical sources helped to assist in disclosing crimes as well as the recent situation of footprints used for the disclosing of crimes is examined. On the basis of their and other research works, the authors present the perspectives of the footprint investigation. The main attention is paid to the newest footprint fixation technologies and to computer systems on footwear prints. Computer usage in investigation of crimes is not a new phenomenon; however, computer software on footwear prints is a new phenomenon not only in Lithuania but in Europe as well. The article acquaints not only with the possibilities and new developments of these systems, but proposes the principles of their implementation into the practice of law enforcement of Lithuania.
