Voluinės diduomenė ir bajorija Liublino unijos (1569) akivaizdoje

LTVykstant Liublino seimui, tarp rusėnų pirmavo Voluinės atstovai, nes iš šios žemės kilo daugiausia kunigaikščių giminių, tarp jų ir tos, kurių vaidmuo buvo svarbiausias XVI a. Rusios žemėse. Straipsnyje stengiamasi atkreipti daugiau dėmesio būtent j Voluinės atstovų poziciją Liublino seime, įvertinti jų požiūrį į Lenkijos ir Lietuvos uniją, taip pat Voluinės ir kitų Ukrainos žemių inkorporavimą į Lenkiją. Pagrindinis vaidmuo, vykstant Liublino seimui, teko svarbiausioms Voluinės kunigaikščių giminėms: būtent jų nutarimai nulemdavo Voluinės bajorijos sprendimus, taip pat Voluinės ateitį. 1569 m. kovo 29 d. kaip atsakas į kovo 5 d. karaliaus pareiškimą apie Voluinės inkorporavimą į Lenkiją, Lucke vyko Voluinės didikų ir bajorijos suvažiavimas. Daroma prielaida, jog patvirtinta peticija rodo, kad Voluinės susirinkimo dalyviai mėgino kompleksiškai vertinti unijos su Lenkija problemą bei įrodo, kad voluinėnai norėjo pabrėžti savo atskirumą ir nuo lenkų pozicijos: norėta unijos, bet bendru lenkų ir voluinėnų sutarimu. Straipsnyje daroma išvada, kad didžioji politiškai aktyvios Voluinės bajorijos dalis, taip pat Voluinės didikai palankiai žiūrėjo į Liublino seimo sprendimus, nes jie tikėjo, jog Liublino unija suteikia daugiau galimybių ekonomikos ir politikos srityse, ką ne visada leido LDK teisinė sistema. Taip pat konstatuojama, kad Voluinės ir Ukrainos žemių prijungimas prie Lenkijos Karūnos paspartino polonizacijos procesus, o vėlesni įvykiai nulėmė šios teritorijos gyventojų požiūrių įvairovę bei turėjo įtakos vėliau besiformavusiai ukrainiečių tautinei savimonei.

ENIn the course of Lublin Parliament, among the Rutheni the representatives of Volhynia were in the lead, because the majority of duke families, including those whose role was the most important in the 16th century lands of Ruthenia, descended from the lands of Volhynia. In the article, there are tries to pay more attention to the position of Volhynia representatives in the Lublin Parliament, evaluate their opinion regarding the Poland-Lithuania union, as well as the incorporation of Volhynia and other lands of Ukraine in to Poland. In the course of Lublin Parliament, the most important Volhynia duke families had the main role: their resolutions decided the decisions of the nobility of Volhynia, including its future. In 29 March 1569, as an answer to the 5 March King’s declaration regarding the incorporation of Volhynia in to Poland, the meeting of lords and noblemen of Volhynia transpired in Lutsk. A supposition is made, that the approved petition shows, that the participants of Volhynia meeting tried to comprehensively evaluate the issue of the union with Poland and proves that Volhynia citizens wanted to highlight their distinction from the position of Poles: they wanted a union, but based on mutual agreement between the Poles and the Volhynia citizens. A conclusion is made in the article, that the majority of the politically active part of the Volhynia nobility, as well as the lords, looked favorably on the decisions of the Lublin Parliament, because they believed that the Union of Lublin provides more opportunities in the areas of economics and politics, which was not always the case with the legal system of GDL. It is also stated, that the connection of Volhynia and Ukraine lands to the Polish Crown hastened the processes of Polonization and later events determined the variety of viewpoints of the citizens of this territory, and had an impact on the national self-awareness of Ukrainians, which took shape later.
