Walka o utrzymanie Trybunałów Wielkich i Trybunałów Skarbowych w 1749 roku

LTAbiejų Tautų Respublikos parlamentinė krizė ir auganti konkurencija tarp magnatų lėmė Karūnos bei Lietuvos Tribunolo reikšmės didėjimą karaliaus Augusto II Stipriojo valdymo laikotarpiu. Jie tapo forumu įvairioms partijoms, siekiančioms parodyti savo galią ir bajorijos palaikymą. Straipsnyje aptariama konkurencija dėl įtakos Lietuvos Tribunole didėjant krizei tarp karališkojo dvaro ir politinės partijos „Familia“ (Giminė). Pagrindinė tyrimo tema yra 1749 metų politiniai įvykiai, įrodantys, politinės kovos būdai „Karūnoje“ ir Lietuvoje buvo skirtingi. „Karūnoje“ siekta įgyti kuo didesnę įtaką karaliaus dvare, ypatingai tarnybų ir privilegijų teikimo laikotarpiu. Lietuvos Didžioje Kunigaikštystėje konfliktuojančių pusių lyderiai daugiau dėmesio skyrė bajorijos lūkesčiams palaikyti. Bajorija siekė, kad Tribunolo sesijos turėtų daugiau reikšmės visuomeniniame gyvenime.

ENThe parliamentary crisis of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and increasing rivalry between magnate parties contributed to the increased importance of the Crown and Lithuanian Tribunals in the times of King Augustus II the Strong. They became a forum for various parties to show their strength and support of the nobility. The paper presents the rivalry for influence on the Lithuanian Tribunal in the context of a growing crisis between the royal court and a political party called "Familia" (The Family). The main thesis of the lecture is that the developments of 1749 proved that mechanisms of political battle in the Crown were different to those in Lithuania. In the Crown they were guided by the basic goal to acquire influence at the royal court, especially in the period of granting favours and making appointments to offices. In the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, leaders of the conflicted parties attached greater importance to the expectations of the nobility which wanted Tribunal sessions, playing a prominent role in social life, to be held.
