Summary / Abstract:

ENConstructive preparation of the students in the university is widely applied in many European and American countries, especially in USA. It is based on a constructivism as a methodology of logocentered and reflective thinking, which practical realization is related to a critical thinking and active learning methods. This new application for pedagogues' preparation in the university is an alternative to the traditional education and training. The application of an active reflective learning is a very complicated and complex process. The method is closely connected to the thinking barriers of the university faculty and their goal to teach the students as they were taught 20-30 years before. In order to use the traditional lecture as an active element for a student the application of the constructive teaching and learning need a good orientation in the studies present situation. The lecture can become an environment for an active learning if a professor tolerates the variety of teaching and learning methods and remains curious in the subject, and interesting for the students. This type of education and training of the critical thinking is the way to overcome the traditional and stereotyped thinking. Forming the conditions for it's foundation change the professional training in the universities because a student becomes a part of it and starts to be interested in the dynamics of this process as well as an individual possibilities for an professional development in the process of studying.
