Profesinės sąveikos vaistininkas-gydytojas ypatumai: situacijos analizė ir pacientų lūkesčiai
LTStraipsnyje aptariamas pakitęs vaistininko vaidmuo – nuo vaistų pardavėjo iki sveikatos priežiūros komandos nario, teikiančio farmacinę paslaugą ir farmacinę rūpybą, kurias atlikti kokybiškai įmanoma tik kartu su gydytoju. Profesinės sąveikos vaistininkas – gydytojas tikslas – saugesnė ir efektyvesnė farmakoterapija visiems visuomenės nariams (pacientams). Straipsnyje apžvelgiami profesinės sąveikos vaistininkas – gydytojas ypatumus atspindintys tyrimai užsienio šalyse, interviu su ekspertais (Lietuvos pacientų organizacijų vadovais), o gauta medžiaga analizuota turinio analizės metodu. Tyrimų rezultatai rodo, kad Lietuvoje, kaip ir Jungtinėse Amerikos Valstijose bei kitose Europos Sąjungos šalyse, gydytojo ir vaistininko profesinės bendradarbiavimu grįstos sąveikos reikmė, kurią lemia šalies socialinė realybė, auga. Glaudesnė profesinė vaistininko ir gydytojo sąveika, orientuota į individualios situacijos vertinimą ir efektyvesnį problemų sprendimą, labiau tenkintų ir Lietuvos pacientų lūkesčius.
ENRole of pharmacist has changed from that of a drug seller to a health care team member. For this reason, the necessity of collaboration between the physician and the pharmacist becomes more relevant. The goal of this collaboration is a safe pharmacotherapy for patients, so it is important to analyze the expectations of Lithuanian patients as regards this professional collaboration. The aim of the research was to analyze the needs of patients concerning the physician – pharmacist working relationship in primary care. A focus group interview of leaders of Lithuanian patient organizations was performed, and their opinion about expectations of Lithuanian patients have been analyzed by the content analysis method. Leaders of Lithuanian patient organizations felt that a closer collaboration oriented towards the evaluation of a patient’s situation and a more effective solution of the problem would better meet Lithuanian patients’ aspirations. The analysis of expectations showed that an optimal treatment at the lowest cost is prioritized.
