Pagrindiniai veiksniai lemiantys ES struktūrinių fondų panaudojimo aktyvumą Mažeikių rajone
LTŠiame straipsnyje nagrinėjamos pagrindinės kliūtys, sąlygojančios Mažeikių rajono verslininkų aktyvumą, siekiant gauti paramą iš ES struktūrinių fondų. Tolimesnė Lietuvos verslo plėtra priklausys nuo Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų panaudojimo bei rinkų išplėtimo. Telšių apskritis yra viena iš mažiausiai ES struktūrinių fondų paramą įsisavinančių apskričių. Mažeikių rajonas šioje apskrityje yra vienas iš neaktyviausių teikiant paraiškas ES struktūrinių fondų paramai gauti. Atlikus tyrimą išsiaiškinta, kad Mažeikių rajono įmonių verslininkams parama iš ES struktūrinių fondų yra reikalinga. Didelė dalis įmonių nesiryžta kreiptis dėl ES struktūrinių fondų paramos, nes yra per didelis biurokratizmas, painios projekto įgyvendinimo taisyklės, įmonėse trūksta kvalifikuotų specialistų, kurie galėtų parengti bei įgyvendinti projektus.
ENThe present article investigates the main obstacles which predetermine the activeness of the businessmen of Mažeikiai region in seeking for support from the structural funds of the European Union. Further development of the business as such in Lithuania will strongly depend on the effectiveness of the usage of the benefits given by the structural funds of EU and expansion of markets. Telšiai County is one of the Counties which can be characterized by the lowest level of capacities to assimilate the support given by the structural funds of EU. Mažeikiai Region belongs to this county and is one of the most inactive regions in application for support from EU Structural Funds. After the research, it has been discovered that businessmen of Mažeikiai. Region is in need for such support. Many companies do not feel strong to look for such support due to a high degree of bureaucracy, unclear and confusing rules of the implementation of projects, lack of qualified specialists who could help in the preparation and realization of projects.
