Summary / Abstract:

ENCulture is spreading in the plane of a social (society) system however, it is never overlapped by it. A complex theoretical problem emerges whether a certain social system can possess culture of only one type, one model of culture or culture can be modified. What causes coexistence of social and cultural systems, when we have in mind a contemporary up-to-date society with its multi-field structure and various, in some cases even constant, culture volte-face and changes? Culture is created by people, further it is stimulated and developed by certain consequences of their activities. Culture can be defined as follows: it is a result of a person’s as personality’s activity, of a person who consciously and freely has merged with other persons in a concrete society. However, this acivity determines originality of a nation, its individuality. National culture is frequently spokes about. This national culture hardly springs up from Hegelian “National spirit”. It must be the whole complex, the whole of reasonable decisions and activities in the spheres of science, art, philosophy, education, as only here the specific person’s relation with the values peculiar to one or the other nation is implemented.Culturologic comparative research has revealed that the culture forms of different epochs and places (space) are quite different and that human culture is universal. The basis of human culture unity is formed by man’s nature identical to itself in all epochs and all countries. Virtually, all human beings have the same goal. Therefore, the more culture is developed, all the more the economic and social people activities strengthen. It does not indicate the loss or deprivation of individuality, disappearance of individual differences among people and among nations. By no means. Diversity of cultures values prove originality of nations, its special significance, namely, superiority of spiritual values over material ones, existence of innate national rudiments and a common goal of mankind - a goal to perfect each person and each nation, to improve conditions (even most diverse) for person’s selfrealization and creativity.
