Livonijos dokumentų rinkinys Lietuvos Metrikos knygoje Nr. 525

LTSusidomėjimas Livonijos dokumentais buvo ne vieno laikotarpio reiškinys. Greifsvaldo juristo Johanno Meilofo Livonijos dokumentų rinkinys (kauptas XV a. antroje pusėje) ir LDK kanceliarijoje suformuotas Lietuvos Metrikos (LM) 525 rinkinys (kauptas XVI a. trečiąjį-devintąjį dešimtmetį) rodo, kad livonica buvo paklausi medžiaga teisiniams reikalams. Jų išmanymas ir taikymas buvo aktualūs XV-XVI a. politikoje. Svarbu, kad Vilnius buvo vieta, kur po kelerių dešimtmečių taip pat pradėtas "formuoti" įvairios livonicos (Varia Livonica) rinkinys LDK kanceliarijoje. LM-525 knygos - livonicos nuorašų rinkinio - išskirtiniai bruožai yra plati chronologija (XIII-XVI a.), turinio nuoseklumas ir heterogeninio pobūdžio struktūra (didelė dalis rinkinio dokumentų priklausė Rygos arkivyskupijos ir Vokiečių (Livonijos) ordino šalims). Yra pagrindo manyti, kad "knyga" pradėta valdant Žygimantui Senajam. Pagal patį vėliausią dokumentą (1579-08-05), kurio nuorašas išlikęs tik Varšuvoje saugomoje LM kopijoje, rinkinys galėjo būti baigtas ne anksčiau kaip XVI a. devintajame dešimtmetyje. Šį teiginį patvirtina vokiškųjų nuorašų vieta knygoje (rinkinio pabaiga). Yra pagrindo manyti, kad jie sudarė vieną pluoštą, kuris LM knygoje atsirado vėliau, tai buvo paskutiniai nuorašai, patekę į šį Livonijos dokumentų rinkinį. Toks atvejis patvirtina ilgalaikį formavimo pobūdį, kadangi vokiškieji nuorašai turinio ir temos požiūriu visiškai dera prie LM-525 knygos. Šie nuorašai rodo nagrinėjamos LM knygos priklausymą livonicos segmentui.

ENInterest in Livonia-related documents is a rather durable phenomenon. The collection of Livonian documents which belonged to the professor Johannes Meilof of Greifswald (collected in the second half of the 15th century) and the compilation No. 525 of the Lithuanian Metrica formed in the chancellery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania demonstrate that Livonica was in demand for legal affairs. The knowledge and application of this material was topical in the politics of the 15th–16th century. It is important that Vilnius was the place where the first compilation of various Livonica documents (Varia Livonica) was formed in the chancellery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. Exceptional peculiarities of Lithuanian Metrica book No. 525 are wide chronology (the 13th–16th c.), coherence of the content and heterogeneous structure. There are grounds for presuming that the writing of the book was stared within the reign of Sigismundus the Old. Pursuant to the latest document (05-08-1579), the copy of which is kept in Warsaw, the compilation was accomplished not realer than the 9th decade of the 16th century. This fact is proved by the place of German transcripts in the book (the end of the compilation). It can also be supposed that they made one layer which appeared in the book later. These were the last transcripts included into this compilation of Livonian documents. This case proves the durable method of formation, since the German transcripts totally correspond to LM-525 book in terms of the content and the theme. These transcripts demonstrate the fact that the LM book belonged to the Livonica segment.
