Žinių ekonomikos plėtra Lietuvoje panaudojant ES struktūrinius fondus
LTStraipsnyje analizuojamos Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų panaudojimo plėtojant Lietuvos žinių ekonomiką galimybės. Pateikiamas struktūrinės paramos paskirstymas visoms investicinėms sritims, aptariama "Žmogiškųjų išteklių plėtros veiksmų programa" bei jos prioritetai ir priemonės, pagal kurias skiriama 2007-2013 m. ES struktūrinė parama Lietuvai.
ENA rapid development of information and communication technologies and the emergence of knowledge economy is the reason of the change in society in recent decades. The European Commission in Lisbon Convention of March 2000 has pointed out that Europe is heading towards the age of knowledge and this will have a huge impact on the cultural, economic and social life. One of the investment fields of EU structural assistance is human resources. Therefore, Lithuania aims to focus on science and knowledge-based economy. 3 228,43 million litas or 13,8 percent of all EU structural support funds is allocated to the action plan of the Development of Human Resources in Lithuania for 2007-2013. In order to develop the knowledge economy in Lithuania, it is necessary to use the financial support provided by the European Union structural funds, which would allow the citizens of Lithuania to use the opportunities of employment, education, improvement and learning.
