Asmenybės krizė: aktualumo kultas

LTUžsienio literatūroje režisūros „aukso amžiumi“ vadinamas laikotarpis nuo 1960 iki 1980 metų. Šiuo laikotarpiu režisūros menas atskleidė tas sceninės kalbos, raiškos ir meninio pasisakymo strategijas, kurios įtvirtino režisierių kaip kūrybinę individaulybę ir spektaklio autorių. Procesą paskatino vadinamoji dramos ir personažo krizė: XX a. pirmojoje pusėje buvo kvestionuojamas klasikinio personažo statusas ir siūlyta jį keisti retorine figūra, visų pirma slirta realizuoti scenoje. Teatre ieškota instrumento, įkūnijančio „abstrakciją“, ir šios paieškos sukūrė naują personažą – sceninį personažą. Dramos autoriaus vietą teatre užėmus spektaklio režisieriui, kristalizavosi ir naujas sceninio personažo statusas.

ENThe "golden age" of directing has been defined by a period from 1960 to 1980 in foreign literature on theatre. It was this period that the art of theatre directing demonstrated those strategies of stage language and artistic expression, which consolidated the director's position as a creative individuality and the author of a production. The so-called drama and personage crisis fostered this process: the drama of the beginning and middle of the twentieth century questioned the status of the classical personage and replaced it by a rhetorical figure, which firstly was meant to be realised on stage. Theatre looked for instruments to embody "abstraction" and those searches led it to an essentially new personage - a stage personage. After the director of production took the place of the writer of the drama in theatre a new status of the stage personage evolved.
