[Europos Sąjungos teisės aktų įgyvendinimas Lietuvos darbo teisėje]

LTVilniaus universiteto Teisės fakulteto Darbo teisės katedros narių parengtos kolektyvinės monografijos, tiriančios Europos Sąjungos darbo teisės normų įgyvendinimo Lietuvos Respublikos teisinėje sistemoje problemas, recenzijoje aptariamas monografijos reikšmingumas ir aktualumas. Nurodoma, jog monografijoje aptartų problemų mokslinis tyrimas visada yra aktualus, nes laikui bėgant iškyla vis naujų Europos Bendrijos teisės implikavimo į nacionalinę teisę iššūkių – kuriamos naujos ir keičiamos anksčiau išleistos teisės normos. Recenzento nuomone, svarbiu informacijos šaltiniu monografija gali tapti ne tik teisės mokslininkams ir praktikams, bet ir socialiniams partneriams bei pačioms darbo sutarties šalims, nes daug Europos Sąjungos teisės normų jau šiandien tiesiogiai ar netiesiogiai reglamentuoja jų santykius. Recenzijoje nurodoma, jog teigiamas monografijos bruožas yra tas, kad joje neapsiribota vien teorine nagrinėjamų teisės aktų analize, bet ir parodoma, kaip jie taikomi teismų praktikoje. Recenzijoje pateikiama ir keletas diskusinio pobūdžio pastabų. Nepaisant keleto diskusinio pobūdžio pastabų, apibendrinant teigiama, kad recenzuojama monografija yra naujas ir originalus mokslinis darbas, kuriame nagrinėjamos aktualios teisinės problemos, kylančios derinant Lietuvos teisės normas prie Europos Sąjungos teisės reikalavimų. Ji neabejotinai atitinka tokio pobūdžio darbams keliamus reikalavimus.

ENA review is about the significance and relevance of a study about the problems of the application of the provisions of the European Union labour law in the legal system of the Republic of Lithuania. The collective study was prepared by the members of the Department of Labour Law of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. It is indicated that the scientific researches that are described in the study are always relevant because in the course of time more and more new challenges of the EU law application into the national legal system appear, therefore, new standards are created and the existing ones are changed. According to the reviewer, the study may be an important informational source not only to the scientists and practician of law, but for the social partners and the parties of the employment contract, as well, because the majority of the EU legal standards already directly or indirectly regulate their relations. It is indicated in the review that an advantage of the study is that it is not limited to a theoretical analysis of legal acts. It also demonstrates the application of the acts in case law. There are a few negotiable notes in the review. Despite them, the conclusion is that the study is a new and original scientific work that analyses topical legal issues which appear because of the application of the EU legal requirements to the Lithuanian legal norms. There is no doubt that the review corresponds to all requirements for the works of this kind.
