ENThis article is designed for teachers, pupils, actors, broadcasters, etc., who respect the traditions of Standard Lithuanian pronunciation. The purpose of this article is to show the difference in the pronunciation of hard affricate č and soft affricate č' with the help of the methods of experimental phonetics.
