Veriant duris į tautinę mokyklą

LTStraipsnyje apžvelgiama Baisogalos mokyklos istorija. Aptariamos mokyklos ištakos, trumpai išdėstomi mokyklos istorijos bruožai XIX a. ir dėmesys sutelkiamas į XX a. Baisogalos tautinės mokyklos įkūrimas siejamas su pirmojo jos vedėjo Jono Baranausko paskyrimu vedėju nuo 1918 m. lapkričio 1 d. Pirmaisiais taurinės mokyklos kūrimosi metais trūko kvalifikuotų pedagogų, pradinėse mokyklose dirbo bendrojo ir specialaus išsilavinimo neturintys mokytojai, vyko didelė kadrų kaita. 1920–1928 m. mokyklai vadovavo Vladas Kulpavičius, sėkmingai formavęs tautinės mokyklos koncepciją. Vėliau pareigos atiteko mokytojai Rožei Lašaitei. Ji mokyklai vadovavo iki 1934 m. Aptariamu laikotarpiu mokykla plėtėsi, įsteigti trečiasis ir ketvirtasis kompleksai. 1934 m. mokyklai pradėjus vadovauti Stanislovui Každailiui, per šešerius jo vadovavimo metus, keitėsi ir išaugo mokytojų kolektyvas, pastatytas naujas pastatas, mokykla tapo šešių komplektų. Baisogalos mokyklos veikla opukacijos metais buvo suvaržyta, ugdymo procesas vyko sudėtingomis sąlygomis. Pokario metais pradinė mokykla perėjo iš pradžių į septynmetės, vėliau į vidurinės mokyklos sudėtį. 1993–1994 m. keitėsi mokyklos tipas, ji tapo mokykla-darželiu, tokia yra ir šiandien. Aprašomi tautinės mokyklos mokytojai, jų pareigos, veikla, santykiai su mokiniais, indėlis į mokinių ugdymo procesą. ENThe article provides an overview of Baisogala school history. The origins of the school, a brief history of the school features in 19th century and additional attention is focused on the twentieth century. The establishment of a national school in Baisogala is associated with its first head of the school Jonas Baranauskas appointed in 1918 November 1st. During the first years of the formation of the national school there was a lack of qualified teachers. Moreover, teachers without general and specified education worked in primary schools. Enormous rotation was not an exception. In the years 1920-1928 the head of the school, Vladas Kulpavičius, successfully formed the conception of national schools. Responsibilities of the head of the school later went to the teacher Rožė Lašaitė. She was the head teacher until 1934. During the previously mentioned period, the school expanded, the third and fourth complexes were established. In 1934, after Stanislavas Každailis started to lead the school, during the six years of his management, the team of teachers evolved and developed, a new building was built, the school included six sets. During the occupation years, the activities of Baisogala school were disrupted and the process of education was carried in difficult conditions. During the post-war years the primary school was included in the composition of seven grade school, later in the composition of elementary school. In the year 1993-1994, the type of the school changed: it became school-kindergarten. Today the situation is the same. Teachers of the national school, their responsibilities, activities, relationships with students, as well as the contribution to the process of student’s education are described. The statistical information of the pupils who went to this school, graduated during the various periods is presented.
