Nevalstybinių organizacijų kultūrinė veikla (Vilniaus miesto atvejis)

LTNevalstybinių organizacijų sistema Lietuvoje vis dar formuojasi ir neturi ilgesnių veiklos tradicijų, todėl ne visada aiškios nevalstybinių organizacijų kultūrinės veiklos galimybės: darbo apimtis, idėjų įgyvendinimo būdai, bendradarbiavimo su įvairiomis institucijomis būtinumas. Kartu didėja valstybės deleguojamų funkcijų nevalstybinėms organizacijoms dalis. Straipsnyje, remiantis atliktu tyrimu Vilniaus mieste, aiškinamasi nevalstybinių kultūrinių organizacijų veikla, jos ypatumai.

ENThe system of independent organizations in Lithuania is still forming and does not have long traditions of activity; consequently, the possibilities of independent cultural organizations such as scope of work, ways of ideas' realization, necessity of cooperation with different institutions are not always clear. At the same time the part of functions delegated from the state to independent organizations is increasing. On the basis of carried out research in Vilnius the article tries to clear up the activity and the features of independent cultural organizations as well as possibility to offer the alternative of rendering cheaper and more flexible services.
