Transporto koridorių automobilių kelių infrastruktūros poveikio vidaus ekonomikos augimui modelis

LTTransporto infrastruktūros plėtotė laikoma ūkio klestėjimą skatinančia priemone ir pelno vieną dominuojančių pozicijų mokslinės periodikos bei populiariosios spaudos antraštėse.. Tyrimas parodė, jog daugumoje studijų automobilių transporto koridorių infrastruktūros poveikis vidaus ekonomikos augimui atskleidžiamas apibendrintai nagrinėjant transporto infrastruktūros ir ekonomikos sąveiką. Tačiau ir šio reiškinio analizė siaura, fragmentiška, orientuota į autorių atliekamų specializuotų tyrimų tikslus. Pasigesta metodologiškai pagrįsto modelio, jungiančio kompleksinę transporto koridorių automobilių kelių infrastruktūros poveikio vidaus ekonomikai struktūros analizę, leidžiančio iškirti nagrinėjamo poveikio tyrimo principus, kaip nustatyta, kelionės kaštų pasikeitimo požiūriu. Disertacijos tikslas buvo sukurti modelį automobilių kelių koridorių infrastruktūros poveikiui vidaus ekonomikos augimui kelionės kaštų pasikeitimo požiūriu vertinti. Disertacijoje patikslintos transporto koridorių bei automobilių kelių infrastruktūros sampratos, suformuluota automobilių transporto koridorių kelių infrastruktūros sąvoka išskiriant jos elementus, vartotojus ir plėtotės tikslus vidaus ekonomikos augimo požiūriu, atskleisti transporto koridorių automobilių kelių infrastruktūros poveikio vidaus ekonomikos augimui metodologiniai vertinimo pagrindai ir etapai, apjungiant kokybinius ir kiekybinius metodus, parengtas transporto koridorių automobilių kelių infrastruktūros poveikio vidaus ekonomikos augimui modelis, įvertinantis kelionės kaštų pasikeitimo poveikį infrastruktūros naudotojų sprendimams kaip prielaidai vidaus ekonomikai augti.

ENAs far back as the beginning of the 20th century, transport was started to be treated not only as a catalyst of harmonious economic, cultural and social development but as a tool to manage the mentioned processes as well. The analysis of the phenomenon, however, is still narrow, fragmentary, focusing on the aims of specialized studies that the authors perform. The organization of studies suffers from the lack of more general criteria of the analyzed impact analysis and assessment. That makes it difficult to search for principles of rational impact assessment, which determines insufficiently valid solutions to the analysed infrastructure development. There is a need for a more methodologically grounded model that would integrate the complex analysis of the impact of road infrastructure of transport corridors on internal economy and that would enable to distinguish the study principles of the analyzed impact as established in terms of travel cost change. The aim of scientific research was to create a model to assess the impact of road infrastructure of transport corridors on internal economic growth in terms of travel cost change. The concepts of transport corridors and road infrastructure has been specified, the concept of road infrastructure of transport corridors has been formulated and its elements, users and development aims has been distinguished in terms of internal economic growth, the methodological outlines and stages when assessing the impact of road infrastructure of transport corridors on internal economic growth have been revealed, the model of the impact of road infrastructure of transport corridors on internal economic growth has been developed.
