Herojus, kokio dar nebuvo : recenzija

LTStraipsnyje, kuris skirtas rašytojo, 2004 m. Nacionalinės premijos laureato Sigito Parulskio keturiasdešimtmečiui, nagrinėjamas jo romanų, esė ir eilėraščių tragikomiškasis herojus. Straipsnio autorės manymu, tokio tragikomiško herojaus, koks būdingas Parulskio kūrybai, lietuvių literatūroje dar nebuvo. Jis nesąs labai simpatiškas personažas, tačiau turi tiek mūsų laikų (ir postmodernių, ir posovietinių) žmogui būdingų savybių, kad nejučiom imama identifikuotis su jo "aš". Šis personažas išgyvena viską, kas gali nutikti žmogui, neturinčiam jokių išankstinių priešiškumo ar savisaugos nuostatų. Jis nekovoja ir už gėrį, grožį ir tiesą, bet nėra ir bestuburis, -- stebi ir diagnozuoja aplinkinius ir save. Tik ironiškame santykyje su tikrove atsiskleidžiąs jo ypatingumas: įsiklausymas į menkiausius žmoniškumo, Dievo ir meilės galimybės ženklus. Tai, straipsnio autorės nuomone, ir tampa didžiuoju jo išteisinimu kelionėje per gyvenimo pragarus, kur negalima likti nekaltam, nesužeistam ir nesužeisti kitų. Straipsnio autorė negaili komplimentų Parulskio talentui: jos manymu, rašytojas turi tragikomiškajai tikrovės pusei atpažinti reikalingą meninę klausą ir poeto talentą, nes lyg iš atsitiktinių gyvenimo nuotrupų savo esė sugeba atskleisti daugeliui atpažįstamo tipiško individo likimą. Straipsnio autorės nuomone, Parulskis kuria tragikomišką herojų, kuris nebijo ironizuoti mūsų laikų tikrovės ir jos vertybių. Tačiau lietuvių literatūrai vis dėlto dar vis trūkstą Don Kichoto -- tragikomiško herojaus, kuris kovoja dėl amžinų vertybių, ir, nors visi juokiasi iš jo, jis tos pajuokos nebijo.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Sigitas Parulskis; Kūryba; Interpretacija; Sigitas Parulskis; Creation; Interpretation.

ENThe article, dedicated to the forty years anniversary of writer Sigitas Parulskis, a winner of the National Prize 2004, examines the tragicomic characters of his novels, essays and poems. In the opinion of the author of the article, previously there had not been such a tragicomic character, as the one, found in Parulskis’s work, in Lithuanian literature. The character is not quite prepossessing, however he has the traits, characteristic of a person of our times (both postmodern and post-Soviet) that the reader cannot help but identify with his “ego”. The character experiences everything, which can happen to a person, who does not have any hostile prejudice or self-preservation. He does not fight for the good, beauty or truth, but he also is not spineless – he observes and analyzes the people around him and himself. His peculiarity is revealed only in the ironic relation with reality: his ear to the tiniest signs of humanity, God and possibilities of love, which, in the opinion of the author of the article, becomes his biggest justification in his travel through the hell of life, where one cannot remain innocent, not hurt or avoid to hurt others. The author of the article does not spare compliments to Parulskis’s talents: in her opinion, the writer has the artistic ear for recognition of the tragicomic side of reality and the talent of a poet, since in his essays he is able to reveal the fate of a typical individual, recognizable to many from random fragments of life. In the opinion of the author of the article Parulskis develops a tragicomic character, who is not afraid to view the reality of our times and its values with irony, however Lithuanian literature still lacks a Don Quixotes figure, i. e. a tragicomic character, who fights for eternal values and is not afraid of others laughing at him.
