Darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos tobulinimo autotransporto įmonėse sistemos kūrimas: naujadaros projektas
LTŠiame straipsnyje pateikiama Europos Sąjungos darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos tobulinimo metodologinės kultūros laimėjimų analizė bei atliktų mokslinių tyrimų rezultatų apibendrinimas, kurių pagrindu sukurta DSS autotransporto įmonėse strateginės savivaldos sistema, įgalinanti nuolat derinti valstybės, darbdavių, darbuotojų ir mokslo interesus, siekiant užtikrinti jos tobulinimą. Šio mokslinio tyrimo metu suformuota DSSAĮ stebėsenos sistema, teikianti visapusišką ir tikslią informaciją apie vykstantį DSSAĮ būklės gerinimo procesą, jam įtaką darančius veiksnius ir rekomendacijas apie reikiamas prevencijos kryptis. Straipsnyje pateikiamas profesinių pakenkimų autotransporto įmonėse prevencijos priemonių planas.
ENIn 2002, after evaluating the condition of employee work safety and health (DSSAĮ) in transport companies and implementation of legal acts based on EU legal acts, it was decided that employee professional injuries in auto transport companies (PPAĮ) growing trends demand urgent professional methods, to create and implement the PPAĮ monitoring system. The research was seeking to create a plan to improve the condition of DSSAĮ during 2003-2005. The plan would help in appointing institutions responsible, time-frames for implementation, finances needed to implement those methods, the sources of forming them. The DSSAĮ system also helps to improve the monitoring, analysis, assessment, forecast, and recommendations. During the implementation of the research goals, the DSSAĮ strategic self-governing system was created, as well as the DSSAĮ monitoring system and the PPAĮ preventative measures plan.
