Lietuvos Respublikos mokėjimų balanso apžvalga

LTStraipsnyje apžvelgiamas 2006 m. ketvirto ketvirčio - 2007 m. ketvirto ketvirčio šalies mokėjimų balansas. Dėl sparčiai didėjančio prekių importo ketvirtąjį 2006 metų ketvirtį gerokai padidėjo einamosios sąskaitos deficitas (ESD). Ketvirtąjį 2006 metų ketvirtį šalies prekių eksporto prieaugis, palyginti su atitinkamu 2005 metų laikotarpiu, siekė vos 0,5 proc. Tuo tarpu prekių importo pokyčio tempai buvo gerokai didesni (padidėjo 9,4 proc.). Lietuvos prekių eksportas į ES-25 šalis padidėjo gerokai mažiau negu į NVS šalis. Tuo tarpu prekių importas iš ES valstybių augo daug sparčiau nei importas iš NVS šalių. Paslaugų eksportas ir toliau augo gerokai lėčiau nei paslaugų importas, todėl teigiamas paslaugų prekybos perviršis sumažėjo 16,2 mln. Lt. Ketvirtojo 2006 metų ketvirčio pajamų balanso deficitas sudarė 294,4 mln. Lt, o 2006 metais – 2,28 mlrd. Lt. Ketvirtojo 2007 metų ketvirčio šalies mokėjimų balanso ESD sudarė 3,3 mlrd. Lt. Ketvirtąjį 2007 metų ketvirtį, palyginti su atitinkamu 2006 metų laikotarpiu, šalies prekių eksportas padidėjo 14,7 proc., o importas – 11,4 proc. Ketvirtąjį 2007 metų ketvirtį, palyginti su atitinkamu 2006 metų laikotarpiu, paslaugų eksportas sumažėjo 5,4 proc., o importas padidėjo 8,4 proc. Ketvirtąjį 2007 metų ketvirtį pajamų balanso deficitas sudarė 808 mln. Lt ir, palyginti su 2006 metų atitinkamu laikotarpiu, padidėjo 526,2 mln. Lt. 2007 metų gruodžio 31 d. duomenimis, visas šalies sukauptas finansinis užsienio turtas sudarė 45,4 mlrd. Lt, o visi šalies sukaupti tarptautiniai finansiniai įsipareigojimai – 99,7 mlrd. Lt.

ENThe article reviews the national balance of payments of the forth quarter of 2006–forth quarter 2007. The rapid growth of the import of goods of 2006 significantly increased the deficit of the current account. The increase in the number of the export of goods in the forth quarter 2006 reached 0.5% if compared to the same period of 2005. Whereas, the increase in the import rate was much more significant (9.4%). The growth of the export of Lithuanian goods into 25 states of the EU was much lower than the export of Lithuanian goods into CIS states. The import of goods from EU states increased more rapidly than import from CIS states. The growth of the export of goods was slower than the growth of the import of goods. The deficit of revenue balance of the forth quarter of 2006 reached LTL 294.4 million, and LTL 2.28 billion in 2006. The current account deficit of the national balance of payments of the forth quarter of 2007 was LTL 3.3 million. In the forth quarter of 2007, if compared to the same period of 2006, the export of goods increased by 14.7%, and the import – by 11.4%. In the forth quarter of 2007, if compared to the same period of 2006, the export of services decreased by 5.4%, and the import increased by 8.4%. In the forth quarter of 2007, the deficit of the balance of revenues reached LTL 808 million and increased by LTL 526.2 million if compared to the same period of 2006. As data of 31 December 2007 indicates, the total amount of foreign financial assets of the state reached LTL 45.4 billion, and the total international financial liabilities – LTL 99.7 billion.
