LTKlimato kaita ir jos švelninimo priemonių įgyvendinimas yra prioritetinės pasaulio, Europos Sąjungos ir atskirų šalių problemos. Kadangi šiltnamio dujų emisijos, susidarančios, deginant organinį kurą, yra lengviausiai kontroliuojamos, daugelis klimato kaitos švelninimo priemonių yra įgyvendinamos energetikos sektoriuje. Tuo pat metu energija yra pagrindinė ekonominės ir socialinės plėtros varomoji jėga. Taigi labai svarbu, kad klimato kaitos švelninimo priemonių įgyvendinimas neprieštarautų ilgalaikiams socialiniams ir ekonominiams darnaus vystymosi tikslams. ENClimat changes and implementation of the means for their mitigation are priority problems of the world, the European Union and individual countries. Since greenhouse gas emissions when burning organic fuel are the easiest to control, most climatic change mitigation means are implemented in the energy sector. At the same time energy is the main driving force behind economic and social development. Therefore it is extremely important that the implementation of the means for mitigation of climatic changes is not in conflict with long-term social and economic objectives of harmonious development. The problem of the study is how to evaluate the selection of the market imitating means for mitigation of climatic changes in the energy sector. The subject of the study is the market imitating climatic change mitigation means in the energy sector. The aim of the study is to prepare the conceptual model for evaluation of the market imitating climatic change mitigation means in the energy sector and a methodology for its application and, referring to the prepared methodology, prepare the market imitating climatic change mitigation means for Lithuanian energy sector.
