Summary / Abstract:

LTLietuvos istorijoje galima išskirti tris ekonominės minties pakilimo laikotarpius: pirmasis - XVI a. pabaiga - XVII a. pradžia, antrasis - XVIII a. pabaiga - XIX a. pradžia , trečiasisXX a. pirmoji pusė (XX a. antrojoje pusėje parašytų darbų vertinimus dar galime atidėti). Straipsnyje iš kiekvieno laikmečio bandyta išrinkti po tris svarbiausius Lietuvos ekonominės minties atstovus bei apibūdinti kiekvieno laikotarpio specifiką. XVI a. pab. - XVII a. pr. darbuose formuluoti brandūs teiginiai ir įžvalgos, nenusileidę to meto pažangiausiai ekonominei minčiai. Lietuvos autoriai tuo metu buvo lygiaverčiai ekonominių koncepcijų Europoje kūrėjai (Martynas Smigleckis, Jonas Abramavičius, anoniminio traktato "Pažvelgimas į išlaidas Karūnoje..." autorius); XVIII a. pab. - XIX a. pr. Lietuvoje darbavosi naujų ekonominių teorijų propaguotojai, mokslo švietėjai, savo darbais kloję pamatus ekonomikos mokslui Lietuvoje (Jeronimas Stroinovskis, Jonas Vaškevičius, Mykolas Očapovskis); XX a. III-IV deš. buvo kuriama valstybė, ekonomika ir mokslas. Todėl neatsitiktinai žymiausi to meto ekonomistai tiesiogiai jungė mokymą, mokslą, visuomeninę ir valstybinę veiklą. Šios iškilios asmenybės ryškios savo valia bei pasišventimu, o jų parašyti darbai pirmiausia reikšmingi Lietuvos ekonomikos mokslui ir istorijai (Vladas Jurgutis, Albinas Rimka, Petras Šalčius).Reikšminiai žodžiai: Martynas Smigleckis; Jonas Abramavičius; Jeronimas Stroinovskis; Mykolas Očapovskis; Martynas Smigleckis; Jonas Abramavičius; Jeronimas Stroinovskis; Mykolas Očapovskis.

ENIn Lithuanian, history, three periods of rising economic thinking: the end of the 16th c. – the beginning of the 17th c., the end of the 18th c. – the beginning of the 19th c., and the first half of the 20th c. (the evaluation of works written in the second half of the 20th c. still may be suspended). The article aimed to identify three the most important economic scientists from each period and define the specifics of each economic period. Mature economic statements and insights formulated in economic works of the end of the 16th c. – the beginning of the 17th c. did not concede to the most progressive economic thinking of that time. Lithuanian authors had equal value with the other creators of economic concepts in Europe (Martynas Smigleckis, Jonas Abramavičius, and the author of the antonymic treatise “The look at the expenses at the crown...”). In the end of the 18th c. – the beginning of the 19th c., such propagators of new economic theories, and scientific educators as Jeronimas Stroinovskis, Jonas Vaškevičius, and Mykolas Očapovskis, who laid the basis of Lithuanian economic sciences, acted in Lithuania. 1920-30's were marked by the development of a state, economy, and science. Therefore, the most famous economists of that time combined teaching, science, society, and governmental activities. These outstanding personalities are famous by their willpower and commitment, and their works are important, first of all, to Lithuanian economic sciences and history (Vladas Jurgutis, Albinas Rimka, Petras Šalčius).
