Asmenybės sociolumo formavimas kalbų mokymo kontekste

LTLietuvai integruojantis Į Europos ir pasaulio šalių bendriją, vyksta socialinės aplinkos bei veiklos pobūdžio kaita. Tai lemia žmogui, gyvenančiam demokratinėje visuomenėje, naujus reikalavimus. Lietuvos švietimo sistema grindžiama Europos kultūros vertybėmis. Viena iš pagrindinių Lietuvos švietimo sistemos principų yra demokratiškumas, orientuotas į naujos asmenybės ugdymą. Straipsnyje analizuojama asmenybės socialumo formavimo praktika, integruojant į kalbų dėstymą interaktyvias pedagogines technologijas. Socialiniai įgūdžiai ir gebėjimai, kurie lavinami taikant kalbų mokymo procese interaktyvias pedagogines technologijas, adekvatūs įgūdžiams ir gebėjimams, būtiniems gyvenant demokratinėje visuomenėje. Interaktyvių technologijų taikymas kalbų mokymo procese sudaro palankias sąlygas asmenybės socialumui formuoti.

ENThe aim of the paper is the identification and description of pedagogic technology which aids to the development of training of the social skills in the process of education; an evaluation of the teachers' attitude on the possibilities of application of new pedagogic technology and its elements in the process of education. Objectives: an approach of non-university higher education establishment lecturers (who prepare school and college teachers) on the new pedagogic technology of debates and its application in the process of education. Results: the most frequently applied technology (debates and elements of debates) for the development of social skill training has been indicated. The spheres of the development of the pedagogic activity have been determined: the conscious training of social skills and the development of the educational process during the training of social skills. Another important aspect is learning in the context of change. In the context of socio-economical changes the teachers act both as learners who try new didactic methods and teachers teaching students new skills and competencies.
