LTKūrybinę veiklą žadina ne vienas motyas, o visa sistema Įvairiausių motyvų, kurie tarpusavyje yra susipynę ir papildo vienas kitą. Ne visi motyvai turi tiesioginės Įtakos kūrybinei veiklai, nes vieni jų pagrindiniai, kiti - šalutiniai. Straipsnyje, remiantis anketine apklausa ir adaptuotu E. Torrance'o kūrybinio mąstymo(figūrinės formos) testo duomenimis, nagrinėjama I-IV kurso meno srities studentų vidiniai ir išoriniai dailės mokymosi motyvacijos veiksniai. ENHigher education system is the most important part of education, science and culture, social and economic development in each country. As globalization penetrates into all spheres of life and activity more and more apparently, changes do not overtake higher education as well. Therefore, the mission of the higher education becomes not only creation, acquisition and diffusion of scientific knowledge as well as of cultural values, consolidation of national culture peculiarity, but also education of creative personality, who shall be responsible, able to discuss and doubt, think critically and fluently, not only adapt to the constant changes, but to make influence on new ideas or works as well. The future artists are raised requirements not only to take over and comprehend new information, to apply it creatively, but to be able to create a new .product and to present it professionally as well. The area of art is chosen by people, who have checked their competences in artistic activity, sensitive to environment, having stronger demand for self-expression, developing their artistic skills beforehand. Those studying the subjects in the artistic field constantly face a creative process, therefore, we hereby try to reveal what inner and outer motives of learning fine arts influence artistic field students the most.
