LTŠiame darbe siekiama socialinę reklamą pristatyti kaip vieną iš Lietuvos viešojo administravimo institucijų komunikacijos su visuomene priemonių, naudojamą socialinėms problemoms Lietuvoje spręsti. „Viešojo administravimo institucijų vykdomos socialinės reklamos misija - atkreipti visuomenės dėmesį į pamirštas problemas. Socialinė reklama apeliuoja į žmogiškumą, ja stengiamasi paveikti žmonių jausmus taip stipriai, kad priverstų susimąstyti" (Jokubauskas, 2003, 141). Socialinė reklama ne tik ragina žmones atkreipti dėmesį į egzistuojančią problemą, bet dažnai nurodo, kaip kiekvienas individas galėtų paveikti konkrečios socialinės problemos baigtį.
ENLithuanian institutions of public administration are socialy responsible. These institutions are not only responsible for social advertisements but also for their implementation. The aim of social publicity is not only to influence solutions of problems in a society but also the effect to demolish this problem or at least to reduce it. Activity of the research. Nowadays there many social advertisements, but still not each of them is initiated and implemented by the institutions of social administration. So, this research paper analizes the peculiarities of cocial advertisements which are impemented by Lithuanian Public administration institutions. The novelty of the research: the research allows to evaluate the size of the social advertisements and their importance for the work results in these institutions. Problem. Public administration institutions in Lithuania use the advertisements not very effectively for reaching their strategic aims. The aim of the research paper. To analyse the pecularities of social advertisements which are implemented by public administration institutions in Lithuania.In order to reach this aim there will be these goals: To present peculiarities for safe traffic advertisements on the roads in Lithuania; To reveal the pecularities of social advertisements performed by the departments of children defence and adoption. Conclusions of the research work: The analysis in the work show that social advertisements which are implemented by public administration problems institutions in Lithuania are treated as one of the most effective ways to maintain relationships in a society and to solve there. It became clear after the research that documents of public administration institutions activities show what and how many social advertisements were implemented. But the reports from these institutions do not show successful results influenced by social advertisements. It is necessary to regulate a social advertisement in order to implement successfully the activities of public administration institutions. The necessity of the law of a social advertisement is only under discussion yet . Clear dates have not been defined yet.
