Senosios Bijutiškio bažnyčios

LT2002 m. vasarą buvo atlikti Bijutiškio (Molėtų r.) bažnyčių istoriniai ir archeologiniai tyrimai. Tyrimų metu nustatyta: 1) Pirmoji bažnyčia Bijutiškyje buvo pastatyta 1791 m. tuščioje vietoje, į šiaurę nuo Bijutiškio dvaro. 2) Kapinės prie Bijutiškio bažnyčios atsirado nuo 1927 m. 3) Jokių kitų šventovės pastatų Bijutiškio dvaro teritorijoje nebuvo. Medinė koplyčia buvo Bijutiškio kaimo kapinėse, apie 1 km į rytus nuo dvaro. 4) Apie 1868 m. Bijutiškio bažnyčia buvo nugriauta, o jos vietoje pastatyta stačiatikių cerkvė. Apie 1927 m. cerkvė irgi nugriauta. 5) Ant Altarijos kalnelio nebuvo jokių šventovės pastatų, tik Dubingių bažnyčios palivarko (funduoto XV a.) pastatai. 6) Dabartinės katalikų bažnyčios šventoriuje buvo rasti pamatai ir laidojimo rūsys; jie yra vienalaikiai su Bijutiškio cerkve, pastatyta 1875 metais.

ENThe historical and archaeological researches of Bijutiškis (Moletai region) churches are realized in the summer of 2002. These facts were established during the reserches: a) the first church in Bijutiškis was constructed in the 1791, on the blank place to the north of Bijutiškis estate; b) the cemetery around Bijutiškis church came into existance in 1927; c) there were no other cult buildings in the domain of Bijutiškis estate. Wooden chapel was in the cemetery of Bijutiškis village, about 1 km. to the east from Bijutiškis estate; d) Bijutiškis church was demounted in the middle of 1868 and the russian orthodox church was built in this place and in the middle of 1927 it was destroyed; e) there were no cult buildings on the Altarija hill, the Dubingiai parishes manor buildings (founded in the XV century) stood on this place; f) foundation and mortuary tomb were discovered on the churchyard of the contemporary catholics Church of Bijutiškis; these buildings were contemporaneous with the Bijutiškis russian orthodox church built in the 1875.
