Partizanų statutai

LTStraipsnyje tiriami įvairiais laikotarpiais parengtų 20 partizanų dokumentų sudarymo principai ir rėmimosi šaltiniai. Visi straipsnyje aptariami dokumentai jau buvo publikuoti, išskyrus Vanagų drausmės statutą. Analizuojamos statutuose įteisintos už prasižengimus partizanams numatytos bausmės, teismų sudėtis. Statutų parengimas turėjo padėti lengviau koordinuoti partizanų veiklą, palaikyti karinę drausmę. Nagrinėjamos ir partizanų struktūros. Straipsnio pabaigoje kaip priedas yra publikuojamas Vanagų drausmės statutas.

ENThe article examines the twenty principles for preparation of documents, prepared by freedom fighters during different time periods, as well as the sources of reference. All the documents, discussed in the article have already been published with the exception of the Vanagai discipline statute. The penalties to freedom fighters for different delinquencies, established in the statutes and the composition of tribunals are analyzed. The preparation of statutes had to help to coordinate the freedom fighters activities in a simpler way and keep the military discipline. The freedom fighters structures are also analyzed. At the end of the article the Vanagai disciplinary statute is provided as an annex.
