Verkių kalvarijų išsaugojimo ir atstatymo problemos
LTProblemos analizė leidžia teigti, jog būtina patvirtinti Verkių regioninio parko planavimo schemą, vieną pagrindinių teritorijos planavimo bei tvarkymo dokumentų. Pagal patvirtintą Verkių regioninio parko zonavimo schemą buvęs istorinis kultūrinis draustinis pervadintas Kalvarijų memorialiniu draustiniu, be to, pats draustinis jau nebezonuojamas. Kadangi šis regioninis parkas yra Vilniaus miesto ribose ir statybų invazija yra didžiulė, tad norint sureguliuoti urbanizacijos eigą ir išsaugoti kultūros vertybes turi būti nustatyti visos teritorijos tvarkymo bei apsaugos reglamentai, paisant anksčiau nustatytų draustinio zonų. Būtina atstatyti autentišką kalvarijų (Kryžiaus kelio) trasą ir koplyčias. Atkurti Kryžiaus kelio istorines dangas. Norint atstatyti koplyčias ir Kryžiaus kelią, turėtų būti nugriauti pastatai, užstatyti ant Kryžiaus kelio (t. y. trys buv. įmonės "Elfą" pastatai ir vaikų darželio I korpusas). Turėtų būti nugriauti savavališkai pastatyti garažai bei ūkinės paskirties statiniai. Rekonstruojant esamus statinius, būtina išsaugoti struktūrinę sanklodą: užstatymo tankumą, aukštį, mastelį, masių ir erdvių proporcijas. Draustinio teritorijoje leidžiama tik istoriškai susiklosčiusi sakralinė, mokslinė, pažintinė veikla. Prieigose esančios sodybos ir jų aplinkuma turi būti tvarkoma pagal nustatytas taisykles. Reikėtų numatyti ir kraštovaizdį formuojančius, vaizdus atveriančius, taip pat atrankinius miško želdinių kirtimus. Plyni kirtimai visoje teritorijoje draudžiami.
ENThe analysis of the problem allows for stating that it is necessary to approve the scheme for planning of the Regional Park of Verkiai, which is among the essential territorial planning documents. According to the approved scheme of zoning of the Regional Park of Verkiai the former historical cultural conservation area was renamed the Memorial Conservation Area of Kalvarijos, in addition, the conservation area itself is no longer zoned. Since the regional park is within the limits of Vilnius city and the invasion of constructions is huge, in order to regulate the process of urbanization and preserve the cultural values, handling and security regulations should be established with regard to the entire territory with respect to the previously established zones of the conservation area. It is necessary to restore an authentic route of Kalvarija (the road to Golgotha) and the chapels, as well as the historical coatings along the road. In order to restore the chapels and the Road to Golgotha, the buildings, constructed along the road should be demolished (i. e. three buildings of the former “Elfa" company and a kindergarten building, garages and outhouses). When reconstructing the existing buildings, it is necessary to preserve the structure: the density of construction, the height, the scale and the spaces and volumes proportion. Only historical sacral, scientific and cognitive activities should be allowed on the territory of the conservation area. The manors, existing in the access to the area and their environment should be managed according to the established rules. Landscape shaping, scenery opening and selective forest cuttings should also be foreseen. Bare cuttings should be forbidden on the entire territory.
