Lėlė teatre

LTStraipsnyje apžvelgiamas ir įvertinamas lėlės kaip kultūros fenomeno ir lėlių teatro kaip teatrinės kultūros rūšies interpretavimas ne lėlių teatro scenoje – dramose, operose, baletuose. Analizuojant teatro raidą, trumpai apibūdinama lėlės vieta socialinėje ir kultūros istorijoje, išskiriami keli šios temos sąveikos su Lietuvos teatro kultūra aspektai: lėlė kaip metafora (Henriko Ibseno „Lėlių namai“), lėlė kaip personažas (Leo Delibes’o baletas „Kopelija“, Piotro Čaikovskio baletas „Spragtukas“ ir kt.), lėlė kaip veikėjas (Valentino Masalskio spektakliai „Karalius Lyras“, „Pero Giunto sugrįžimas“, Giacomo Puccini operos „Madam Baterflai“ pastatymas Vilniuje), lėlė kaip kostiumas ir lėlė kaip režisūros ir scenografijos elementas (režisierių Jono Vaitkaus, Gintaro Varno ir kitų pastatymai).

ENThe article overviews and evaluates a puppet as a cultural phenomenon and the interpretation of the puppet theater as a variety of theatrical culture not on the stage of the puppet theater, but in drama, opera and ballet. A brief description of the puppet’s place in social and cultural history is presented; while analysing the development of the theater, certain aspects of the theme’s correlation with Lithuanian theater culture are accentuated: a puppet as a metaphor (Henrik Ibsen’s “The Doll House”), a puppet as a personage (Leo Delibes’ ballet “Coppelia”, Peter Tchaikovsky’s ballet “The Nutcracker” and others), a puppet as a character (Valentinas Masalskis’s performances “King Lear”, “The Return of Peer Gynt”, Giacomo Puccini’s opera “Madam Butterfly” staged in Vilnius), a puppet as a costume and a puppet as an element of directing and set-designing (directors Jonas Vaitkus, Gintaras Varnas, and others).
