Lituanistikos paveldo informacinė sistema Aruodai: integracijos iššūkis ir universalūs sprendimai

LTLituanistikos paveldo informacinė sistema "Aruodai" www.aruodai.lt sukurta siekiant sujungti į bendrą tinklą lituanistikos (archeologijos, etnologijos, folkloristikos, istorijos ir kalbotyros) mokslų duomenis. Projekto metu Lietuvoje pirmą kartą buvo ieškoma bendrų modulių, leidžiančių integraliai aprašyti lituanistikos objektus. Būtent lituanistikos mokslo objektai, o ne šaltiniai yra "Aruodų" IŠ vienetai. Objektams aprašyti sukurta hierarchinė sistema: objektai aprašomi sutelkiant fiksacijų pluoštus (kadangi objektai gali būti fiksuojami ne vieną kartą, ne vieno asmens bei naudojant įvairias formas - tekstinę, garsinę, vaizdinę). Savo ruožtu patys objektai telkiami į grupes sudarant duomenų rinkinius; tai leidžia hierarchizuoti duomenis jų turinio atžvilgiu. Lituanistikos objektų integracija įgyvendinama naudojant bendrą metaduomenų struktūrą. Metaduomenys aprašomi naudojantis 9 "Aruodų" saugyklomis, kurios, išsaugodamos savo duomenų autonomiškumą, yra integruotos į bendrą sistemą. Tai 2 objektų skaitmeninio turinio saugyklos ("Aruodų" pagrindinė saugykla, Vaizdo ir garso archyvas), 6 metaduomenų saugyklos (Personalijų bankas, Terminų tezauras, Bibliografijos katalogas, Geografijos bankas, Lietuvių pasakojamosios tautosakos elektroninis katalogas, Lietuvių liaudies dainų elektroninis katalogas), ir saugykla, naudojama kaip semantinės paieškos priemonė - Sisteminis raktažodžių vardynas.

ENThe “Aruodai” information system of the sources of Lithuanian culture (www.aruodai.lt) was developed in order to join the data of Lithuanian culture (archaeology, ethnology, folklore, history and linguistics) into one common network. During the project for the first time in Lithuania common modules, allowing for an integral description of the objects of Lithuanian culture were searched for. The units of the information system are the objects of Lithuanian culture, rather than the sources. A hierarchic system was developed for description of the objects: the objects are described by concentrating fixation bundles (since the objects can be fixed more than once, not by the same person and by using different forms, i. e. textual, sonic and visual). The objects themselves, in turn, are amassed into groups by creating compilations of data, which allows for shaping of a hierarchy of the data in terms of their content. The integration of the objects of Lithuanian culture is implemented by employing a common structure of metadata, which are described by employing nine depositories, which, while retaining the autonomy of the data, are integrated into a common system. Those are two depositories of the digital content (the main depository, audio and video archive), six metadata depositories (the personalities bank, the terms thesaurus, the bibliography catalogue, the geography bank, the electronic catalogue of Lithuanian narrative folklore, the electronic catalogue of Lithuanian folk songs) and the depository, used as tool for semantic search, i. e. the keyword index.
