Varia Livonica: Lietuvos Metrikos Viešųjų reikalų knygos Nr. 3(525) sandaros ypatumai

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas Lietuvos Metrikos VRK-3(525) turinys ir nurašytų dokumentų ankstesnė archyvinė priklausomybė. Aptartos sandaros ypatybės: knygos dokumentų chronologija, dokumentų aktualumas ir tikslingumas, priklausymo seniesiems Livonijos archyvams klausimas. Čia esantys dokumentai priklauso LM livonikos lobynui. VRK-3 pagal dokumentų provenienciją skirstyta į santykinius senosios ir naujosios livonikos segmentus. VRK-3 sandaros ypatumų tyrimas rodo, kad ši knyga yra archyvinių dokumentų rinkinys. Įvardijus Lietuvos Metriką kaip LDK teritorijos dokumentų knygas, šiai knygai prasmingas atskiro regiono - Livonijos - šaltinių rinkinio pavadinimas Varia Livonica. Tai viena ankstyviausių LDK kanceliarijoje surašytų knygų, skirtų leniniais ryšiais prijungtos teritorijos valdymo reikalams. LDK kancleriui, Livonijos administratoriui turėjo būti aktualus toks dokumentų nuorašų rinkinys, kuris atspindėtų Rygos arkivyskupijos ir Vokiečių ordino Livonijoje magistro santykių reguliavimo įvairialaikius teisinius ir politinius momentus, taip pat sutarčių sąlygas, kuriomis ilgą laiką buvo grindžiami politiniai bei teisiniai LDK ir Livonijos santykiai.

ENThe article analyzes the content of the Lithuanian Metrics VRK-3(525), the previous archive dependence of the copied documents and discusses the composition peculiarities, i. e. the book documents’ chronology, relevance and viability of the documents and the issue of belonging to the old Livonian archives. The documents of the said metrics belong to the Livonian depository. According to the provenience of the documents the VRK-3 is classified into the relative old and new Livonian segments. The study of the peculiarities of the composition of the VRK-3 shows that the book is a compilation of archive documents. Upon defining the Lithuanian Metrics as the books of documents of the territory of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the name of the compilation of the sources of a separate region, i. e. Livonia as “Varia Livonica” is meaningful in the context of the book. This is one of the oldest books, compiled in the chancellery of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, dedicated to the matters of management of the annexed territory. A compilation of copies of documents, reflecting the legal and political moments of the regulation of the relations between the Grand Master of the Teutonic Order in Livonia and the Archbishopric of Riga in different time periods as well as the conditions of the agreements, which, for a long time periods, based the political and legal relations between the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Livonia most likely were relevant to the chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the administrator of Livonia.
