Žmonių nebereikia valdyti taip, kaip tai buvo suprantama iki šiol. Šiandien protinio darbo atstovai pavaldinių statusą keičia į partnerių statusą. Pagrindinis uždavinys yra vadovauti žmonėms, vesti juos link užsibrėžto tikslo. Vadovų užduotis - rūpintis jiems patikėtu kolektyvu, panaudoti kiekvieno individo stipriąsias puses ir žinias. Darbuotojų santykių valdymo išeities tašku tampa ne žmogiškųjų santykių proceso reguliavimas, o galutiniai veiklos rezultatai.

ENThis article analyzes the control of workers relationship in the past, present and future. The existing management theories of workers relationship control do not follow the progress of production technologies and production volume and become a hindrance to make the work more effective. We do not need the same human resources control as it was before. On our days the worker are not any more the subject, but become a partner. The principal task is to lead workers to achieve the goal of enterprise. Leaders have to take care of the human resources, employ the advantages and knowledge of every person. The control of workers relationship the result of the work is more important than the regulation of human relations.
