LTŽinių ekonomikos vystymasis žinių visuomenėje priklauso nuo žinioms imlių bendruomenių plėtros. Šiame straipsnyje nagrinėjamas pirminis žmogiškųjų išteklių vystymasis žinių visuomenėje. ENThe development of information economy within the information society depends on the development of the communities, susceptible to information. The article examines the primary development of human resources in the information society. First, it shows the increasing relevance of the information society; secondly, a modern structure of the information society is presented. In addition, the article emphasizes the importance of education and nurturing of employees towards the information society, with which the tasks for education and the advantages of handling of information and development of human resources are related. The article also presents the future trends and prospects of the information society.
