Muzikinis Kauno sąjūdis XIX amžiaus priešpriešų verpetuose

LTPublikacijoje skelbiama keletas primirštų muzikinės Kauno praeities epizodų - lietuvių muzikologijoje plačiai aprašyti tautinio sąjūdžio faktai šįkart neminimi. Muzikinė miesto kultūra iš dalies vertinama kaip XIX a. Lietuvos muzikinės visumos modelis. Straipsnio uždavinys - apžvelgti romantinio amžiaus Kauno muzikinio gyvenimo tendencijas - iškilius, įsimintinus reiškinius bei provincialias turiningumo žemumas, išsiaiškinti tolimą Nepriklausomybės dvidešimtmečio muzikinės kultūros priešistorę. Straipsnio tikslas - atskleisti romantinio asmenybės polėkio bei demokratinės unifikacijos proporcijas, jų sąveiką, atitinkamai - poveikį Kauno muzikinio sąjūdžio tėkmei. Negebant vienukart aprėpti viso XIX a. šimtmečio, pasitelkiami informatyvesni XVIII a. pabaigos - XX a. prieškario pavyzdžiai, jais remiantis daromos preliminarios išvados. Rašinys grįstas palyginti negausiais Imperijos laikų Kauno muzikinės kultūros istoriografijos šaltiniais, Kauno istorijos metraščio autorių tyrinėjimais, tačiau daugiausia - archyvine medžiaga, periodine spauda. Taikyti aprašomasis, lyginimo, analizės, sintezės mokslinio tyrimo metodai.

ENThe publication presents several forgotten episodes of the musical past of Kaunas – no facts of the national movement, widely described in Lithuanian musicology are mentioned this time. The musical culture of the city is in part viewed as a model of the musical entirety of Lithuania of the 19th century. The aim of the article is to overview the trends of the musical life of Kaunas of the Romanticist period, i. e. the prominent phenomena worth remembering and the provincial lows, to elucidate the prehistory of the musical culture of the twenty years’ anniversary of the independence, to reveal the proportions of the romantic flight of a person and democratic unification, their interrelations and their influence on the process of musical movement in Kaunas. As the publication does not manage to cover all the 19th century, more informative examples of the end of the 18th century – the pre-war time in the 20th century are used and preliminary conclusions are made basing on the said examples. The publication is based by the relatively sparse sources of historiography of the musical culture of Kaunas of the times of the Empire, the studies by the authors of the historical chronicle of Kaunas, but mostly by the archive materials and periodical publications. The following researching methods were applied: descriptive, comparative, analysis and synthesis.
