Technologijų adaptavimo sprendimų priėmimas įmonės vertės kūrimo kontekste

LTĮvertinant mokslines studijas ir analizuojamą problematiką, patvirtinančią investavimo sprendimų technologijų adaptavimui įmonėje svarbą, aktuali mokslinė problema yra: alternatyvių strategijų sprendimų, investicijoms skirtoms technologijų adaptavimui, efektyvumo vertinimas, optimizuojant santykį tarp rizikos veiksnių ir laukiamų finansinių rezultatų, įmonės vertės didinimo kontekste. Šią problemą siekiama spręsti parengiant kompleksinį, investavimo sprendimų, skirtų technologijų adaptavimui, priėmimo modelį, leidžiantį efektyviau priimti investicijų į technologijas valdymo sprendimus, pasitelkiant šiuolaikinius vertinimo instrumentus - opcionus, įmonės vertės prieaugio nustatymui. Pirmojoje dalyje tiriama įmonės bendrosios ir technologijų strategijos sąveika, apibrėžiama technologijos svarba įmonei, apžvelgiamas technologinės inovacijos gyvavimo ciklas ir įmonių strategija technologijų kaitos atžvilgiu, pateikiami inovacijų skvarbos pramonėje analizuotų tyrimų duomenys. Antrojoje dalyje formuojamas kompleksinis investicijų į naujas technologijas sprendimų formavimo modelis įmonės vertės kontekste, susidedantis iš penkių etapų: technologijos gyvavimo etapų apibrėžimo ir jų trukmės nustatymo; įmonės strategijos pasirinkimo; pinigų srautų kiekviename technologijos gyvavimo etape nustatymo skirtingoms strategijoms; rizikos veiksnius apibūdinančių binominio opcionų vertinimo parametrų nustatymo; binominių opcionų vertės kiekviename prognozuojamo technologijos vystymosi etape apskaičiavimo ir bendros pasirinktos strategijos įmonės vertės prieaugio nustatymo. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje yra atliekamas suformuoto kompleksinio modelio taikomumo tyrimas.

ENBy evaluating scientific studies, the issues, proving the importance of investment decisions for technology adaptation in a company are analyzed. The relevant scientific problem is evaluation of alternative strategy solutions and efficiency of technology adaptation investments by optimizing the relation between risk factors and the expected financial result in the company value growth context. The problem is attempted to be solved by preparing a complex technology adaptation investment decision making model, allowing for more efficient technology management investments decisions by choosing modern evaluation instruments, i. e. options for identification of the company value growth. The first part provides a study of interrelation of the common and technology strategy of a company, defines the importance of technology for a company, overviews the life cycle of a technological innovation and companies’ strategies regarding the changes of technologies and provides data of studies of penetration of innovations in industry. Part two formulates a complex model for making decisions regarding investing into new technologies in the context of the value of the company, covering five stages: definition and identification of duration of life cycles of the technology; choice of the strategy of the company; identification of cash flows in each phase of life cycle of the technology by employing different strategies; identification of the parameters for binomial evaluation of options, characterizing the risk factors; calculation of the value of the binomial options in each phase of the forecasted development of the technology and the identification of the increase of the overall value of the company in case of the employment of the chosen strategy. Part three of the study presents the examination of applicability of the formulated complex model.
