Mažosios ir Didžiosios Lietuvos integracijos problema XIX a. - XX a. pradžioje

LTStraipsnio tikslas yra atskleisti Mažosios ir Didžiosios Lietuvos lietuvių integracijos idėjos problemiškumą XIX - XX a. sandūroje, remiantis gausia to meto mažlietuvių spauda, pateikti, jog, nepaisant kalbos ir kilmės giminiškumo, kultūrinį suartėjimą stabdė istorijos vyksmo suponuota skirtinga didlietuvių ir mažlietuvių politinė-valstybinė tradicija, skirtingas kraštų ekonominis lygmuo ir besiskirianti religinė-kultūrinė aplinka, Didžiojoje Lietuvoje paremta katalikiškąja lenkiška, Mažojoje Lietuvoje - protestantiškąja vokiška tradicija. Straipsnyje bus siekiama parodyti, kad politinio integralumo idėja iki pat Pirmojo pasaulinio karo buvo iš viso nediskutuotina tema, o kultūrinis bendradarbiavimas tarp mažlietuvių ir didlietuvių spaudos draudimo metais, Didžiosios Lietuvos istorijos ir kultūros simbolių perkėlimas į mažlietuvių kultūrinę terpę nebuvo platesnio pobūdžio reiškinys, nes daugumai mažlietuvių, saistomų konservatyvių ir surinkiminio sąjūdžio proteguotų idėjų, integracinės Didžiosios ir Mažosios Lietuvos apraiškos buvo nesuprantamos ir nepriimtinos.

ENThe article aims at revealing the problems of the idea of integration of Lithuanians of Lithuania Minor and Lithuania Major at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century, referring to the plentiful press of the residents of the Lithuania Minor of the period, to state that, independently of the relation between the language and the origins, the cultural approximation was hindered by the different political – state tradition of the residents of Lithuania Minor and Lithuania Major, presupposed by the course of history, the different economic level of both areas and different religious – cultural environment, which, in Lithuania Major was based by the Catholic Polish tradition, in Lithuania Minor – by the Protestant German tradition. The article will make attempts to show that the idea of political integrity before the WWI was not a topic for discussion and cultural cooperation between the residents of Lithuania Major and the residents of Lithuania Minor in the years of the ban of the press, as well as the transposition of the symbols of history and culture of Lithuania Major into the cultural environment of the residents of Lithuania Minor was not a broad phenomenon, since to most residents of Lithuania Minor, who were restrained by the propagated conservative ideas, the expressions of integration between Lithuania Minor and Lithuania Major were unacceptable and incomprehensible.
